Scaling is super good the first 30 points. Then it hits the first softcap afterwards.

Defense is kinda ass. Use protection talismans instead. Also his charge attack is unblockable. And lastly the recommended level doesn't mean much, it really depends on your build and on your skill

It's a real bootleg version of trading, but yes. All you gotta do is get someone to kill themselves in a predetemined location in a mission. Places like the Brother's Blades and the Missing Gun are popular places for this because it's easy to die instantly. Don't expect miracles because you can only get the equipment of players the way they were BEFORE tempering.

I haven't, I never got into RE even after my best friend gifted me a copy of RE2make last year for my birthday. I don't think it would be the same experience that I'm talking about though, afaict RE is not the kind of game that would require players to seek out help with navigating their way through a billion different systems in the way that nioh does.

you can easily get 65% extra melee damage against poisoned targets, which is pretty nice

I use mid on less tanky and/or multiple enemies. You can easily stunlock a lot of enemies to death even yokai like the old lady. It feels nice too.

Buddy, your DPS on low/med stance is higher than high stance of every other weapon. Only reason to use high stance switchglaive is against humans and breaking their guard

I finished the entire main game and dropped it when I had a few double bosses left because I couldn't be bothered to get into builds, which is pretty much what the game is all about, and I got there with nothing but a souls/bloodborne approach, doing nothing but learning attack patterns.
Anytime I'd come here to ask about builds I'd get told I was the kind of person who summoned some blue shit for every level. Literally happened a little bit ago in another thread too. Fuck off faggots I've literally never summoned for anything other than NPC questlines in any of these games, you're just too autistic to have a discussion that isn't a fucking spergfest.
