He's right, if you beat the game without unlocking the blurred scenes, you get nothing. If you unlock the three, you get a really short scene of big tiddy girl getting fucked, which honestly is not really worth it. But the game is decently fun until you learn how to cheese it.

I insist that it's not worth it, but I got it after unlocking all the blurred 'scenes', finishing without her getting hit once, and using the pistol only, although that last bit probably doesn't matter at all. Best outfit is the bunny one for 5000 coins for that sweet loli cameltoe, it's the best you can get out of this game if those were your expectations really.
