How is future connected gonna tie in 2 and 1?

Theres no confirmation that it will. People are just making assumptions based on the name and the fact that the portal looks vaguely similar to the one from the conduit in XB2. It could be something different.

Haven't been paying attention but what do you guys think they are going to do with their team that is now over twice the size it was in 2017? Is there just like one bigger budget project they're working on or are they working on multiple games other than DE at the same time?

Probably the later and DE is probably done mostly from the new Studio. New recruits need some experience in tackling bigger project after all and DE serves as little to no risk project while still get the cash rolling.

Monolith Soft is part of BotW's development team, they are also working on the sequel. They will probably keep working on Zelda titles if BotW 2 does as well as the first.

I didn’t play the wii version but loved XBC2, I am really looking forward to the definitive edition

I'm looking forward to the new version so I can try the game with the original Japanese voicing. Tried to play the 3DS version, which is locked to English. Couldn't stand the cheesiness and cringe.

Monster. My first play through I used Pyra/Mythra, Roc, and wulfric. Smash is too good. Subbed in you know who eventually

That literally means nothing, they didn't play XC2 when XC1 was made, they could just change Alvis's colors in the remake.

For further proof, Pyra originally had a totally different color scheme.

It doesn't matter if FC doesn't connect to XC2, the games are already connected.

Depending the situation, my final team had Rex with Pyra/Mythra, Nia and Roc, for a long while I had Pyra/Mythra, Roc and Wulfric, then gave Wulfric to Zeke and had somebody like Vale or T-Elos as the third blade for Rex, using Roc or not is more about using Zenobia or Fiora really.

It's not a core crystal buckaroo, learn the difference, It's a Trinity Processor core. The people from Alrest called Logos and Pneuma core crystals because they thought they were like the regular core crystals. Calling his necklace an Aegis core is also mistaken since Aegis is again something that only exists in Alrest.

Fuck I just realized that Sharla probably works the same way she did originally if the UI is the same, I was hoping for them to add health potions and giving Sharla some good arts this time, guess her rifle will keep getting hotter

Rex using Nia, in that case if it's completely neccesary don't use Nia as a blade. Consider that there really isn't a party set up for all challenges some will likely have you modifying your party lineup a little, besides the obvious one where you're forced to use certain characters.

Eh, she could still get modifications, there were two issues with Sharla, one she became nearly useless when Riki comes in and two she isn't fun to play as.

They need someone reliable and while I like Saitom and Tanaka, I think maybe being able to give someone new a chance to make a name for themselves would be cool

1 and 2 are already tied regardless, I think it'll likely be a tease for the future or have no connection with another game period.

Now that I think about it more, they most likely will not change her arts because that would require recording new voices for sharla, assuming that she doesn't appear in the epilogue. They wouldn't waste money reworking sharla for a remaster, the reason why they call it a remaster is because it's the same game but pretty

We'll see, we don't even know what's the deal with Melia. Also if they didn't record new lines for Sharla(to name a random party member) it means the h2h remain voiceless which would be a shame.

X2 as an MMO would be neat. It's the one thing Nintendo is totally lacking. I guarantee it would be a fucking mess though considering Nintendo's online shit in general.

Don't expect more than what they announced seriously, the nopon have 2D mouths like in the original, the monado gets dislocated in some cutscenes like in the original, the character models use the same geometry except for the heads i think (which is probably why the nopon have 2d mouths too)
