Name ONE game that nobody ever plays anymore, not even a fucking oldfag. Dead MMOs don't count.

megami tensei (telenet) for msx and nec pc88
I still play old Japanese horror adventure games, in fact I'm playing Twilight Syndrome right now.
I've been playing this game every day for the last ten years.
What’s this game. I kinda recognize this woman (Pic related)
Ugetsu Kitan (I did a reverse google image search)
Twilight Syndrome is one of my all time favorites, and my favorite Kill the Past game. I’ve replayed it 3 times and will replay again it some time soon. Make sure to play the whole Kill the Past series though, you don’t wanna miss the Suda kino.
Quite sure im the only person in Yas Forums to has played this
I'm 99% sure that I'm the only person around here who's played ZXE-D.
Stupid game only runs on the original Playstation because its connectors physically don't fit onto anything else.
Somehow, I have played it along with every other irem game. Maybe it was the first one, I don't remember.
Battleborn
Devil's Third.
socom
Nice pick OP, but I have played Ugetsu Kitan, and it's a really cool game. I own it. Juggernaut is made by the same people and is in America and I highly recommend it if you like obscure Japanese Myst like games.
Airmech
I saw a gif of this yesterday.
Holy shit this
Old lightgun games require a fucking CRT to work, so those are a good candidate. Those Wii-ones using the IR-pointer doesn't really compare (though some of them were quite fun).
Zoo Cube for the Nintendo Gamecube
怪異症候群
Truly an underrated indie gem.
>decided that I should either learn how to play more than simple chords on guitar, learn moon or get to not be a lardass
>on full remote job so gotta choose one option and dedicate myself to it
>chose the last one
Welp, maybe next quarantine.
A lot of people played it, but now? It's on nobody's radar.
is there any translation for Twilight Syndrome and Moonlight Syndrome
You’re missing out but at least you won’t die from heart failure.
No.
Reminded me of this, which I own but have never played. Japanese games with creepy girls on the cover tend to be good so maybe I’ll try it
voice controlled flipper crew ww@??
It was better than Overwatch
Athena awakening from an ordinary life
in the bad ending you turn into a battery and suffer for eternity
Liar
Siren is a very crappy game, but a fantastic survival horror. It's clunky, some puzzles are insane, the looping and mission mechanic isn't explained and a lot of times you'll be looking at a walkthrough but when you "get" it, it gets really good. Siren 2 actually fixed a lot of its gameplay flaws (and has fantastic enemy design), but it's quite a bit less scary in my opinion.
I actually dropped Siren 1 somewhere in the first half, completed 2 and then returned to 1.
So that's where they got the idea from
They are literally not, fuck off.
Sounds good, like you have to think outside of the box a little bit to truly understand it. I like survival horrors too so that seems even more up my alley. I regret not giving it a chance sooner
Siren isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. The clunkiness and what not is just you, not really the game’s fault.
retard
Oh shit I finished the first one only a few days ago. How's the second one?
That's translations zoomie
Honestly a downgrade in terms of style
World of Warcraft retail
Fucking dead game
>gatekeeper
What? How was I gatekeeping? I’d love nothing more than to introduce more people to these games. I told him they weren’t translated and they weren’t. You posted a playthrough video, not a translated iso. And by your logic, Moonlight Syndrome isn’t translated because there’s no translated playthrough of it.
Zoomers believe that watching the game on YouTube = playing the game.
Some of that is deliberate (like the rifle handling, for instance), yes. But there was also a lot of actual clunk, like the timed mission for the old hunter guy. You know the one, especially near the end where you had to use the girl as a decoy. That one mission was just plain bad game design.
Siren is like no other game and I like it, don't get me wrong. I sure hope Toyama is working on Siren 3 instead of the rumored Silent Hill remake. But 1 definitely has some big problems.
>game
This is VN so it's alright
Isn't it a puzzle point-and-click or something?
It's something like that but zoomers hate such games so they'd rather watch them on YouTube then tell everyone that they "played" them.
Are you zoomer specialist or something?
Is that the old one based loosely on the novel?
Any human with lack of free time will hate such games because they're consume too much time to tell you a small amount of story. Better read an actual book.
I played lifeline recently
1/1, I have to step it up
There are THOUSANDS of games, especially for the 5th gen, 6th gen, and 7th gen systems, that LITERALLY NO ONE plays anymore.
I have a CRT TV specifically so that I can play old light gun shooters since those are my favorite genre.
Or any game (with a few exceptions) for 80s non-IBM computers.
>Alltynex Second
that game was cool as shit
how do RefleX and Kamui compare?
Are you a butthurt zoomer?
Any pre-microchip game. Because those are literally impossible to emulate since the data is written directly onto the hardware. So basically any game from the early 70s or even earlier. Any version of PONG or whatever that you've played has been a recreation and not the original data/files.
So true it instantly triggered the zoomers.
Ricochet
No just curious
same fag
Kamui is the most straightforward and arguably the easiest, but I love its lightning mechanic, the haunting soundtrack and atmosphere
RefleX is more of a "high highs and low lows", some of the stages are dull as shit, but the finale has to be seen, it's awesome beyond belief. And the story is actually quite in-depth for both, but without reading the manual you might not tell.
Both must-plays
oh and compared to Alltynex 2nd... the scoring systems aren't as good and they're both much easier, but I think the writing and music is superior in RefleX and Kamui, and they both have better final bosses.
yeah, I know
>writing
>shmup
believe me it matters here
>using this retarded newfag ~oomer shit
Nerve-hitting truth, no wonder the meltdown.
This is a fantastic game concept. its so fun shouting at your troops to make them move.
