The game can be picked up physically from GameStop today as soon as stores open, pre-order or not. You don't need to wait until tomorrow. They've been doing this with a lot of releases lately, like Doom Eternal and Persona because muh quarantine.
I've been seeing a lot of people that ordered online had their shipments delayed, so this might be a good alternative.
Why can't I preload this shit on Steam yet? What the fuck?
Ryder Harris
Digichads lose again
Michael Edwards
They didn't do it for Animal Crossing.
Michael Ramirez
imagine going outside for 4 hours game.
Austin White
Got my copy delivered in the post today by GAME here in the UK.
Fuck digital
Kayden Green
based
Nicholas Jones
not interested in buying your shit game shill
Carter Cox
3 hours and a half to be more precise.
Zachary Torres
Actually they did, they just didn't advertise it and it was so last minute it was already three hours to close when they chose to do it. Only employees and whoever pre-orders they decided to call, if any, knew. t. they called me
Michael Phillips
Why would you want to rent it from steam anyway?
Dylan Morgan
Complete gamexplain playthrough livestream clocks in at barely 2 hours
Nope, CM corrected herself, it's midnight ET. twitter.com/ImKatastrophe/status/1245673009156960256 It could still come out at midnight UTC, though. Devs and publishers seem to often have absolutely zero communication on Steam launch times. The fucking store page doesn't even have a countdown.
Tyler Wright
This. Mine got delivered today. It's really not as bad as Yas Forums is pretending. Feels more like a tribute like RE2R than a direct remake like RE1R.
Lucas Morales
Ooof
Well at least I have other games to play today.
Nathaniel Brown
>5:00 AM I wanted play at night time for fucks sake.
Jordan Perez
REmake 2 and REmake 3 are what the Dawn of the Dead Remake is to the original. It has the same spirit, but it feels like they lean WAY too heavy in the spectacles of a high budget Hollywood movie.
Kayden Clark
You get to visit the RPD as Carlos. It's pretty cool because you get to witness how everything gets so fucked up. Nemesis does chase you but only for the first encounter. He chases you through the streets but stops and does the spiderman thing when you run back into the train station. PCGamer are a bunch of retards to give it 58. About four hours in by the way.
The storytelling aspect of the game is massively improved. The plot is slightly different but it feels much more coherent than in the original. I haven't finished REmake 3 yet but in my opinion I'd say play the original and the remake because they're pretty different experiences.
Evan Foster
>Nemesis does chase you but only for the first encounter. What a joke.
Charles Miller
Free-roam chasing, I mean. He chases you at other points through buildings and stuff but those encounters will always happen.
Landon Rogers
Cool.
Josiah Rodriguez
Who knows, it could still come out at midnight UTC for EU and midnight ET for NA. That's how it was for REmake 2, just don't get your hopes up so it's not a disappointment if it's 5 hours later.
Caleb Collins
>4 hours Wait, aren't there other characters or B scenarios?
Hudson Lopez
At this rate you're gonna cry the game is 10 minutes long next week
Luke Moore
I think they made these changes because of shitters whining about Mr X.
Zachary Reyes
>The storytelling aspect of the game is massively improved. The plot is slightly different but it feels much more coherent than in the original. Not only am I gonna have to disagree with you, I would argue that they dumbed down the story for RE2 and RE3. REmake 2 and REmake 3 feel like they are part of their own universe that doesn't even have the original RE1 or even REmake. I can go on about REmake 2, but since I just finished RE3 just yesterday for a refresher, I can already see how fucked the timeline is. In the original timeline, the Zombie outbreak started 2 days earlier and not only did Jill now about it, she spent those 2 days getting ready before she left her apartment, and the first few moments of REmake 3 just zoom past the first 1/3 of RE3.
Benjamin Sullivan
>RE3 >B scenario
Jaxon Roberts
I'm new to the series, sorry
Easton Rodriguez
Original RE3 is the shortest mainline RE game
William Smith
ah, makes sense. RE3 only had the one campaign, but to compensate it had a lot of RNG and a mini "Choose your Adventure" element that would to mix things up. They got rid of the choices, but don't know about the RNG elements yet.
Aiden Young
what is up with this goofy ass driving sequence
Henry Bennett
Yup.
Shitters ruin everything, fucking god damn lazy ass shitter trash. They're not even "casual", they're just stupid & lazy people who want to be able to every game in a hazy stupor, and the game also needs to massage their limitless ego by making them "feel powerful". A shitter lacks any potential for humility, it is always the game's fault if they are overcome by its mechanics or enemies, and the devs are of course pieces of shit for allowing this to happen to them.
I fucking hate shitters, I don't even consider myself 'hardcore' either, its just that they ruin everything. Every online game is especially tarnished the endlessly whining shitter presence, they descend upon every game like locusts.
Jason Martinez
No you FUCKING IDIOT. You have to do a curbside pick up. Most stores are closed but if you pay it off online a process which can take several hours then you go to the store and you call them and they bring it out. If you show up to the store you’ll be banging on a closed store that won’t let you in.
Grayson Brown
Speaking of Hardcore, they also dumbed down Hardcore too. No more ink ribbons.
Cooper Price
right, not even on Nightmare or Inferno either Game is probably too straightforward for ink ribbons to matter as much anymore unfortunately. But that's one less 'tactical decision' the player has to make, freeing up a slot in the inventory at all times is a pretty big deal
Anthony Fisher
OH SHIT I CANT WAIT I NEED TO CONSOOM IM BORED THERES NOTHING ELSE TO IN LIFE DISREGARD THE 1 MILLION BETTER GAMES THAT CAME BEFORE THIS ONE ONLY TO FORGET IT IN A WEEK AH IM GONNA FOOKING DIEEEEEEE
>physical copies often getting sold ahead of digital version
Literally what is the advantage of going digital at this point?
Owen Robinson
>ATTENTION: This is the player's fourth playthrough! This is not indicative of a blind playthrough! He outright states this several times in the video.
Xavier Young
You guys seen the rest of the masterminds from resistance? I thought it wasn't known yet but there's a jp video on youtube, they're alex (Yateveo) annette (G-Birkin) and spencer with some kind of fucking laser barrier, I think I'm more hype for resistance than the actual game seeing what people is saying, fucking love playing as mastermind.
Jace Walker
Stop. You're disrupting the narrative
Noah Carter
What narrative? The game being short as fuck is a fact.
Jacob Davis
I haven't bought a game on launch in 6 years, fuck off.
Ethan Walker
Steam, what the fuck, I just want to preload and coom in Jill
