Worms
Crawl
Castle Crashers/Pit People
Genital Jousting
RtCW with a mod

Local or online?
Well at this point:
Morrowind with a mod (was never able to complete it alone in a try casual fashion, but fully completed it with someone).
Half-life 2 with a mod.
This!
System Shock 2 works as well, but becomes really easy.
Morrowind multiplayer is truly a unique experience, there's really nothing like it out there. It's probably the closest video game equivalent to what playing a pen & paper RPG feels. Really fun in a weird way
This Gauntlet is fucking awful.
i wish arrowhead stopped putting their trademark shitty swedish humor in their games
pubg and fortnite
online
Local multiplayer for pc?? Are you an idiot or one of those autists who goes to lan parties, cause I really hope youre not doing that user
Donut Starvu Togetheru is a pretty good game.
Best girl also got a rework.
Streets of rogue
EDF 4.1 or 5
Deep Rock Galactic
Terraria
Dying Light
Out of Space
100% Orange Juice
Divinity Original sin 2
Don't starve together
user people have big ass tv monitors these days so local co op pc or splitscreen pc hasn't been a meme in a long time
I like Deep Rock Galactic.
Temple of Osiris
Literally fuck off, Coop Spelunky is fucking amazing.
Orenji Juusu is not a coop game, it's basically a more cutthroat version of Monopoly.
forced is great
Are you stuck in 2016 or something? Parsec exists.

Oh and if you're using PS4 or 360 controllers
Serious Sam TFE and TSE are the only fun co-op games ever, yes I'm serious.
How was this one? I loved the first one.
>tfw actually stuck in 2016
Is Parsec like TeamViewer?
See: I've been playing PS2 games online
(Parsec has a Vsync option, so make sure to turn that shit off)
Neat, if it works on PCSX2 then it surely works on Dolphin
There aren't that many coop Gamecube games, but have at it
How many people can play?
Couldn't play online with a friend, super bugged.
Dolphin runs wii games.
Hammerwatch is a better Gauntlet
Either or (original or sequel)
Oh I'm not OP, first game I'm trying is Mario Strikers
Outward, it needs a mod to play with more than 2 people.
>Brawl campaign co-op
Not bad, but I'm on a major PS2 kick.
Phantasy Star Online 1+2 is one of the best local GC coop games though
Outward is great split screen over Steam remote play.
Been playing this with some mates, it's not something we'd spend £30 on, but it's enjable enough for a "free" game.
Deep Rock Galactic
Alien Swarm
Risk of Rain 2
Killing Floor 2
No More Room In Hell
Zombie Army
Dark Souls III
>look up Streets of Rogue
>Could this be a roguelike with Streets of Rage gameplay?!
>it's not
fuck
kill yourself
post gaems fgt
DEEP ROCK GALACTIC
Portal 2
Half-Life: Decay
Men of war assault squad 2.
Army of Two
Army of Two: The 40th Day
PC port never ever.
Outward also looks cool for coop, anybody played it?
should have kicked that scout, unforgivable sin
>Outward also looks cool for coop, anybody played it?
It's Dark Souls without bosses (I mean it has a couple but nothing memorable) - but you can play the whole game co-op. It works great with KB+M unlike Dark Souls. Also played it online split screen through steam remote play together so only one of you has to own a copy
You will put in a lot of hours walking and exploring
did you grow up with a ps2 by chance?
I had all 3 that gen. Gamecube has okay multiplayer games that'll last you 10-15 minutes of gameplay, but a lot of its best games were also on Xbox and PS2 (Timesplitters 2 and 3), but in general, the co-op games are super lackng.
The Warriors > Anything co-op on Gamecube including even the best game, Phantasy Star Online 1+2
HAHAHA
same happened to me
I bought it early on and enjoyed it with a friend up til a certain point. We ran into a recurring issue where on death, regardless of what killed you or where, your bag would just be fucking gone in both player's games (instead of remaining where you died). You could dive into the game folder and dig out an old save to force-reload before the event occurred, but it was frustrating to deal with. Maybe this has been handled, but it happened often enough for us to lose interest and we eventually moved on.
TLDR It was fun when it worked, but know there were severe issues that may not have been addressed
Good pick. The wizard is awesome.
Give Nex Machina a try too (2 players only). Just Shapes & Beats is pretty fun as well (up to 4 players in that one).
that's cool and all but pcsx2 is shit compared to dolphin and timesplitters runs and looks better on gc
I was excited for the second one but I gave up after a couple of hours. There were some dumb gameplay changes and it ran a lot worse.
not necessarily coop games, but local multiplayer ones that are decent to great that i play with friends once a week or so
>crawl
dungeon crawler where one player is alive and 3 others are ghosts trying to kill him. awesome game, the only minus is the pixel graphics which turn some people off
>children of morta
solid 2 player co-op roguelite
>pummel party
one of those games that are just a bunch of minigames. a lot of minigames suck, and the game in general is a bit... lacking in something i can't quite put my finger on it, but there's quite a few good ones
>lethal league blaze
arena "fighter" where the point is to smash a ball into other players. looked like trash to me so i had it ignored on steam, but bought it after some recommendations and it's good fun
>totemori
essentially a very short minigame. everyone tries to make towers as high as possible to score the most points, while knocking down other people's towers
If you have a good PC: Arma 3
If you have a bad PC: Project Zomboid
ROCK AND STONE
Magicka 1+2
Wizard of Legends
Did you try Xsync audio (or whatever it's called)?
Also yeah, Dolphin can work better. Medal of Honor Rising Sun runs better on Dolphin too, as we ran into a game breaking bug that I think only exists in split screen PS2 MOH
But my problem with the Gamecube is its exclusive co-op games or games that only appeared on that system
The PS2 has the three best co-op beat em ups ever made with The Warriors, MK Shaolin Monks and Diehard Arcade
I don't even think a beat em up exists that's co-op on Gamecube that isn't shovelware
How does Parsec compare to Steam's game streaming thing? We found the input lag unbearable when we tried it on Steam.
MHW
L4D
Rust
Magicka
Castle Crashers
Risk of Rain
Borderlands
Steam Remote Play can be made better, but I'd say Parsec is better. Parsecs biggest problem is setup (having to register, having to install vigem, etc), whereas Steam Remote Play is easy because we all have Steam
Parsec has more customization options for streaming. I remember when me and a buddy first started, my controls felt so delayed until I disabled Parsecs vsync, and it was soooo much fucking better.
Also reminder one of you has to have Win 10 to host, which is another advantage Steam remote play has if you don't have Win 10
Sven Coop
I don't understand you, you want exclusives but the three games, which are mediocre at best btw, are all multiplats
Compared to Dark Legacy it's shit, but it's not a terrible arcade co-op game.
>>which are mediocre at best btw
>The Warriors, MK Shaolin Monks and Diehard Arcade
>Mediocre
Imagine having taste this shitty
Also zoomerfag, you forget how much third party support was dropped for the Gamecube. I think only EA and Ubisoft hung around till the end. There's so many good games from that era that are PS2/Xbox only.
Then again you're too dumb to figure out PS2 emulation, so that's on you.
fucking hell you're gushing over your nostalagia while calling me a zoomer fag
I played die hard on saturn, compared to streets of rage, it's mediocre
enjoy your rose tinted glasses
I am too dumb for ps2 emulation, I tried emulating Shaolin Monks and everyone sounded drunk and the game was pretty slow, The Warriors too.
It wss a damn shame cuz I really wanted to play those games again.
