Except unlike 2hu characters Miku also purposedly doesn't have a defined personality or story, she is the mascot of a music production software product, real life celebrity and generally a unique complex multi-faceted phenomenon.
Miku manga still happened though, so anime isn't entirely out of question. She also was a character in the Shinkalion anime, though that wasn't really her.

It was more of a joke, but while I do believe those have their own charm to them I honestly don't see the point. I can understand when producers want to remake or remaster what they've already done but Crypton going out of their way to make alternative new PVs for songs outside of the context of like Project Diva or a specific promotion doesn't seem worthwhile.
