In fairness the Cyberdemon is hilariously easy to beat in every game he's in thanks to the fact that he doesn't use hitscan attacks, is a giant target, and he comes from an era when your character could circlestrafe really fast. He was only "hard" because a lot of old computers didn't have a mouse and thus had to fight him through keyboard turning.

What? I thought he hated how shitty the Duke has become because of mismanagement and people not knowing what to do with him. He seemed stoked when Duke was being Duke.

I just rewatched the Pro 3D episode, what he said was basically that Duke would be nowhere near as endearing if it wasn't Jon St. John voicing him. And his problems with Duke in Forever were mainly because the game was terribly written and both his one-liners and characterization are infinitely better in the DLC, which is true.
