That's not what it says. The retard trying to doompost here is trying to make it out that EVERY save ever is going to corrupt eventually, which isn't true. You are only at risk if you make up to 45 SEPARATE saves. If you have only a handful of saves that you have been consistently saving to, you have nothing to worry about.

Every single M&B player WILL get a fucked save file eventually. The people who got there first are the ones who save > loaded > save > loaded a lot

No. I saw the original post testing it out and im pretty sure its got less to do with saving and more with reloading. The act of reloading a save is what triggers the corruption, and then no matter what your next save is going to keep the junk data.

They'll come and bring up grievances with you about something like they did in Warband, that's about all I've seen. You can't really talk to them, or most NPCs for that matter.

I didnt think it was true either, but this morning I cant load any of my saves for my character. So yeah, dont play the game until they fix it. Lost like 15 hours of playtime.

Your whole game crashes. It may be that you can still use it if they fix whatever causes the crash, but right now once you hit that magic 45 you cant play with that save file anymore.

I had this on my first save after playing for 23 hours, the most recent patch note said this issue had been addressed. My biggest problem right now is the general stupidity of the AI in sieges, how the fuck do they keep getting stuck everywhere?

Its over. The big 45 only happens when you reload and then save, you can get to the end before anything bad happens.

I would say that even with all the issues uncovered its almost on the level warband is at.
Once all that shit is solved and they start balancing the gameplay, then it will be better than warband.
