Max infected posters should be able to publically ban (custom message) one other user for 30-60 minutes (when they use this they are also banned/cleansed) so you can't spam it.

Teams was the absolute worst, absolutely no actual game threads lasted more than a second because people thought posts=points even though it was just gookmoot flipping a switch giving every team a few hours at the top.
At least through this one normal threads have been able to occur, although I can't help but read every green post as being very sarcastic because I can't dissociate the green from greentext.
