You need 20 Anniversary coins for one accessory and you can get
17 coins for bonus matches - one will appear every day, 10 coins for getting up to 2 million score, 20 coins for 30 VIP Coins in the VIP Shop, 6 coins for the Final match of the ranks.
There's also a mission to take a picture of the trendy SSRs on your home screen - one coin per suit, which brings the current total up to 60 coins, probably will get bigger once the other suits show up.
There's only 8 SSR accessories available in the shop for some reason, hopefully more show up later. Store is open until the 29th so I'd wait with exchanging the coins for a while.
Other things to mention: new players should buy lots of watermelons and gift away for upgrade materials

It's there up until the 8th, one set every day. Easiest way to get SSRs for VIP Coins pretty much, but the suits themselves are the old ones, so it won't help in the stats department and you're of course dependent on rng which suit you get.
I'd wait. The store is open until the 29th so no reason to waste the coins just yet.
The DMM page for the anniversary also didn't have Nyo's accessory, but I have a friend who has it awakened twice, which means he had it three times (event, 1st anniv, 2nd anniv). There's a possibility they'll add more to the shop later.

Are you missing a big portion of the September swimsuits? If you're aiming for a specific one only then it might be best to just save your stones.

Imagine if they sold the other nostalgia tickets like that. Thinking about it, it's actually kinda weird that they did this. When it first showed up, it was a step-up, so after 25k free stones, you could use 5k paid for a guaranteed ticket, and now it's just 5k free for that same ticket directly. Sure, you don't get anything from rolling the gacha since you buy the ticket straight up, but your chances of getting anything during the rolls is terrible anyways.

iirc you had to edit the ini files for the suits to work, I'm sure the mod's page has a section on how to get it to work.
The mod itself replaces the orange Champs Elyseés suit, and you cycle through the suits you have for the mod with ctrl+left/right, there might be something like ctrl+1 to activate the mod as well.
I've only used it to get this suit a while ago, so I don't really remember any details.

Stuff like strobing lights in the changing room photo location, Helena's ribbon becomes invisible(just a black wire outline), Roulette table on DMM missing graphic so you can't see where laying chips, etc. It's a mess, but I'm working on it when I can.
