Combine poison with shitloads of "24% more damage on poisoned enemy" and one or 2 "faster poison accumulation". Thats great because there are many ways to poison enemies and the status is mostly quite long.

If you are a real shitter combine that with water sword for maximum skill™

Is it just me or is this game more dead then the first one? I was playing the first one before moving on to 2 and although it was quite I was at least getting people to co-op with but in 2 I can't find anyone.

No. The early game is a real drag for some weapons. No flux, no demon dance no combo finishers, no nothing.

I'm more annoyed that the hotkey for swap weapon changed, I fail 90% of the time to switch weapon on ki pulse for the skill.
Not that I have any luck with the ps4 dpad at the best of times, so many items just don't register when I press the button.

I was going to use Odachi and Dual uchigatana, but I ended up just using Odachi.
Not even done with the game and I have already stared a magic character with switchglaive. But then I tried out Tonfas and thought they were fun so I might make another one for that. And also considering making a poison and unarmed build.

not that many people in NG+ yet and i think alot of people are still cooping in NG. yesterday i kept getting the same guy on one mission over and over again, then i switched to an earlier mission and got a lot of different people.
you get one as a mission reward in NG+ but you can also find it randomly in NG+

Post game lets you swap builds (which includes stat redistribution, it isn't just your armor/weapon) so don't worry about sticking to a weapon type for too long.

no, the healing isn't enough and if you have so much magic power that the healing is a lot then what the fuck are you doing needing life steal instead of casting rejuvenation.
