The BOM for the PS5 was reportedly leaked some time ago and according to it they have spent a whole 5 bucks on cooling, mind you consoles and electronics usually spend like 30-50 cents on this. Keep in mind the actual cost for a cooling system isnt the ~100$ you pay as an end user on a gaming rig, with these volumes it can become pretty cheap for a manufacturer
