I think the premise of a Romeo & Juliet style love story but with a lovecraftian ayy and a broken man is endearing.
Nobody actually loved this for the horror.

Mediocre. Like Euphoria they frontload the most extreme content so the later game doesn't have much impact. There's an interesting setting and story buried underneath all the gore but it's never really explored and both the game's main routes have abrupt and unsatisfying endings, the second being especially bad, and a few plot elements get brought up and then never addressed again.
It's also rather derivative, like the entire setting of the lawless city taken over by immortal witches is copied wholesale from Witch of Steel Annerose.
The art is good but that's about it, there are only a few fappable scenes in the game in the futa route and some of them that could've been alright are completely ruined by Sandy's atrocious VA.

It was endearing at first . Then they started raping and killing without remorse so I started hating them
