knowledge - study in diner (especially when it rains) and answering questions correctly in class
proficiency - crafting tools, doing iwai's confidant
kindness - flower shop, sojiro and arcade boy's confidant
videogames and DVDs are a good secondary source when one of those options aren't available
most important thing is to rank kawamami to 10 and fortune teller to 7 ASAP. kawamami will give you nights back after palaces/memento ventures and fortune teller makes stat/confidants go quicker with her abilities.
