Why don't they remake these games? Revamp the combat and graphics, but keep the original voice acting, and keep the RPG aspects of the original game.
Change the ending of course, maybe bring back the original dark matter ending/plot.

2 is mostly a waste of time. No one other than Tali or Garrus come back as squad mates. You're wasting time being Cerberus's bitch and never allowed to leave. 2 started the HUMANITY FUCK YEAH stuff, from the human reaper and later every species caring more about Earth for some reason.

This guy is right, 2 needs to be completely redone as does 3. In hindsight, committing to a trilogy was a bad move. 2 could have stayed but 3 was the game where we explore and find options to fight the Reapers. 4 could have been a civil war which Shepard has to end in one way or another. 2 was a weak entry as the middle piece of a trilogy and 3 was a bad follow up.

Playing it right now and it's a very comfy game. A lot of pointless side quests though and really outdated graphics and UI.

The game take place in a single cluster. Andromeda galaxy don't have a mass relay network so they can't really explore without dying of old age before reaching the next cluster. That also explain the lack of diverse aliens species.

I legit just started playing through this during quarantine and am already on 3. Great series, can't wait for the ending that supposedly will ruin everything.

I wish there were a bigger variety of anomalies you could find on planets, and in space. I also wish the prothean ruins you find on planets had an actual reason for them being in the game or you could at least interact with them more.

the story wasnt finished and thus amateurs had to come up with something. wouldve been best for the story to be finished before the games release.
I played ME3 with the directors cut and all DLC included a year after release and I was somewhat glad I wasnt someone who played it right after release since the ending still rushed but not as catastrophic (besides the whole starchild bs) as everyone says.
still, its best to consider ME1 as a standalone game.

I played ME3 as soon as it came out and the ending was horrible. So horrible that I haven't played since even with all the updates and DLC.

ME3 was released during a time where it was knwon EA games arent a finished product at release and there would be content cut out for DLC, from Ashes scandal was a prime example.

Its totally fucking lame. Its not Mass Effect at all. I have no problem with a broken off universe and new characters but its not a Bioware game. The thing that blows my mind the most is the incapability for companions to die. That is a staple of Bioware. The dark potential to lose someone that you've been with the whole game adds stakes. Its the perfect game for sjw game journalists.

Not really. Its technically more stable. But the animations are just like that. I remember playing the demo a year ago and it being buggered up all over the place. Like wtf man its the demo

Cast was mostly shallow.
Combat was shit.
Exploration was a total joke.
Recycled worlds.
Recycled loot and gear.
Only like 4 enemies types.
ME1 had a ton of flaws besides just the God awful inventory system. Only thing it did well was the setting and music.....that's fucking it.

I'm honestly glad I never played 2. In my head, the game ends on a hopeful note, Shepard having steered the ship of history into the right direction but with the ultimate fate of humanity and indeed all life in the galaxy uncertain.
