Mobile gaming thread

Listen, I know you pretend to not play any mobile games. But this is a safe zone so post whatever you're playing on your phone right now.

Is War of the Visions any good?

Planets vs zombies is very comfy

I've started playing stardew valley on my phone at work when nobody is looking
it's fun

I looked for a solid four months when all I had access to was a "powerful" phone. Outside of emulation there are no great phone games. Just good arcade games and gachashit. But apparently people love those and they make millions so what would I know.

Serious question, why would you play mobile games if you have access to a PC or console? I associate gacha with chink wagies stuck on a bus all morning or third worlders who can't afford nice things.

I play zynga poker now and then

its not like i dont want to
i want mobile to have good games
but they dont make them
gatcha is the only shit they make
i blame degenerate devs

Alright white boy

The only mobile game I play is magia record emulated on PC

mobile games are all complete shit. But emulation is pretty good if you get one of those controller grip things.

Kairosoft simulators are very based for phones and tablets. They're 3 or 4 bucks each but I highly recommend Mega Mall Story, Game Dev Story, and I forget the exact name, but Dungeon Town Story? Anyway they're all great and replayable, especially with friends. Your dollars spent to time played ratio will be very high, great value, no microtransactions, just real mobile management sims.

>Serious question, why would you play mobile games if you have access to a PC or console?
I don't have SimplePlanes on PC and I don't want to double dip for it. As well, the Taxman Sonic ports are mobile only.
Mobile is good for "smaller" games where you can easily jump in and out of. Stuff where the experience of playing it is less important than just relaxing for a while.

This is mainly true if you only get paid games/ports. I don't like most f2p stuff because they're more shallow than usual and rely on skinner-box design more often then not. I'll easily take a Kemco RPG over Fate/Go because of this.

Mobile Games thread is basically just a Tencent thread.

anastasia wouldn't come home, bro...

Cause I wanna play on my phone.

because sometimes I have time when i'm not at my computer but have my phone? What kind of a stupid ass fucking question is that?

Because people often go outside where you can't bring your PC or console

the only games i play on mobile are FFT and Hearthstone. nothing else really captured my interest, they all seem to be extremely predatory and p2w.

Is the android version of TWEWY any good? Never played it.

If you're out then why are you playing games?

Why does the Gameboy exist?
Why did the PSP and Vita exist?
Why did the Nintendo DS line outsell the Playstation 2?
Why is the Nintendo Switch popular at all?

no.

I just play duel links.
Kairosoft games are good.

Genshin Impact.

>some shitty League bootleg called Mobile Legends have 27 million players
>around 2 million daily active players in galaxy devices
The future is now grandpas

Clash Royale, shit is fun but I uninstall every once in awhile when I fucking lose cuz Im a shitter

Any Dragalia lost players

because when playing on PC/console i want to spend at least a hour when i just want to take a little break for 15-20 min i use the phone.

Azur Lane because warships and breasts.

The only good mobile games are regular games being emulated on a phone. And even then the controls usually are worse.

just gfl here

What the fuck should i play? Everything these days has shitty ads and microtransactions what pops up in your face.
I just want to play a fucking game in peace

Test

I literally don't
You just reminded me that I should delete deresute since I literally never launched it once

I played the South Park one and I hit legend, then quit. No other mobile games since

>shit games not made for mobile
Or
>emulators of good games but shit controls because they are made for controllers not touch screen

Pic related is a simple game. Works with mobile. Not overly flashy. It does have some crap in it but overall actually fun .

Based

bros i just bought controller for my android sooo... gimme some good games (not on emulators)
any good ports like dragon quest, ff and castlevania?

I played FFBE from launch up until they superborked it and you couldn't play it on android emulators anymore. That was over a year ago. Haven't played a mobile game since and the likely reality that all my progress in any of them will eventually just poof into oblivion is a good deterrent.

these are the constant fixtures on my phone because most of mobile gaming is shit (and really I hardly play these):
DQ remakes
Dungeons of Chaos
OpenXCom Extended
PokeMMO (fuckin chink city now)
Unciv

RetroArch is probably your best bet for general emulation.

Arknights is pretty legit if you like cute girls and tower defence games.

I work on one of those games.

Anything made or published by Tencent should be played. Raid: Shadow Legends, PUBG Mobile, Arena of Valor, Mobile Legends, Honor of Kings.

I like to play on my phone during my downtime at work or in bed when I'm going to sleep.

hearthstone

Pic rel is legitimately good, even if it is simplified factorio
>its free
>its has no ads/microtransactions
>has multiplayer BOTH local and online
>it has a goddamn mod support
>also some nice tracks like youtu.be/8lRr72gAg90
or you can buy it on Steam for 6$
but it is worth your time

Is it that hard to believe that there are people out there with standards?

On Yas Forums(nel)? Yes

Have you ever had the sensation of waiting?
Like, what is there to do when you're sitting in public transport for example?

For personal use, nothing. I specifically bought a 16 GB phone because I intended to do basically nothing on the phone itself except text.

It has a 128GB mSD full of music and my absolute favorite ASMR but nothing much else besides an app to play that and the apps to track deliveries.

I have done testing on some for the company I work for but that's only when I'm feeling nice and no one else is available which is rare. They know I want nothing to do with that shit so they don't even ask unless it's important.

Been playing cod mobile every now and then, haven't touched the series since BO1. It's very clearly a phone game but mindless enough to be fun

What are some games that don't suffer from touch controls? Games like Minesweeper or Threes are good because I can play them in short bursts and don't require an internet connection.

Mobile Legends, more active players than League and Dota 2 combined

Night of the Full Moon

Free to download, but have to pay to unlock all the characters. One time charge.

The only games I'd be actually interested to play in a phone are rhythm games and the ones available are just unappealing or way too expensive. From what I read about Cytus II is that it costs over 100 dollars for all the current DLC, and increasing.

I believe a new IIDX game had been released in Japan recently, but haven't heard about it in months.

Meteorfall: Journeys

Another card roguelite. Like three bucks, no IAP.

Forgot pic.

Temple Run, Fruit Ninja, Cut the Rope and the classic Anrgy Birds games are some of the few kino mobile games out there. PvZ 1 doesn't count because that was on PC first.

Super Mario Run

Free to download, $10 to unlock everything, no other IAP.
