Good question. Had a 1-on-1 lobby setup the other day that ran fine. Ranked had some crazy glitches with the numbers (645% win ratio and 1000 straight wins) but ran okay in the games.

I don't even think Arcsys could fuck it up that badly. They did the Vita port and it was completely fine (good connections and no bugs) so a more powerful system shouldn't have this much difficulty.

I only see Arcsys being the one responsible since you know, GG/BB switch ports and I don't really see any other names on product listings. Aksys is only a publisher
