Within the next few years you can hope to get a prosthetic hand that has up to 80% of the functionality of your old regular hand. Stay positive op.

If true id look into spending the coin to get something custom made. For videogames it's better that you've lost your left as you can (with some difficulty) learn with the right controller and move past it. Right hand would be alot more difficult as it's more precise.
