But that's completely wrong. Her story has nothing to do with the overall plot of the game, its a side story. Yukari and Door, outside of a few scenes, stories aren't intertwine at all. Her story is linked to Mitsuru. Aigis on the other hand not only joins the party halfway through the game, but is pretty much the catalyst of everything that happened to Door. Her entire existence is to explain why Door has his powers.
