It's good but not a good doom game.

It’s great and a great Doom game

i ended up enjoying it a lot more than i thought i would.

>to a more complex kind of gameplay
That's an awfully odd way of saying "shit gameplay that lacks focus" .
Also

Zenimax should kill themselves, and their families, and stop raping DOOM's name with this garbage.

Was Doom Eternal really that hard for you people? What? Do you play on fucking controllers? Get your shit together Yas Forums.

didnt really like it desu

felt kinda slow

No, it was not hard. It was just a tedious slog.

When it clicks, it clicks, but most fights are too much of a visual clusterfuck to do anything other than a loop of unloading wildly and dashing in circles until you can find a guaranteed trash enemy to smack with your guaranteed chainsaw. The flamethrower also seems like kind of an afterthought. It doesn't really have its own niche, it's just an extra button to press before you do something else. It's also buggy as fuck; I kept ending fights early because enemies despawned when I got too far away, and I had to manually reload the Archvile debut fight because he clipped through a wall or something.
