The main story is the only shit thing about the game. Literally everything else is great. player characters are amusing to listen to and fun to play. Weapons are (for the most part) fun to use and their secondary functions (aside from the tazer) are just as so.

It's kinda like in FO4 where the story is without a doubt one of the weakest points, but literally everything else makes up for it and so much more.

What was wrong with Fags and Tentacles? Based on my first runthrough I didn't have any problems with it. The environments and Lovecraftian vibes were pretty neat, and the story wasn't overtly terrible like the main game.

Gaige suffered the same problems in BL2. Gaige herself was OP as fuck but DT was trash on anything above TVHM. Moze is ridiculously good on her own but IB is severely underpowered on MH4.

The new DLC is fucking ass on top of being gay as fuck. None of the new legendaries are exciting. The "story" made no god damned sense besides some stupid heart possessing men or whatever? They never dive into this shit. Each map was just a set piece to shoot everything and move on.

Borderlands as a franchise is the most benal, overrated, MIND NUMBING garbage and anyone with two brain cells would realize that the game and it's developer has been fucking stale for nearly a decade and they haven't made a good game since the first when it was novel. The whole purpose of this souless genre is to make talentless hacks feel like they're good. Instead of the player that kills people, its the EQUIPMENT/THEIR LEVEL that does them in. It has absolutely nothing to do with how well a player actually plays a game, its how easy the game is for the player.

I don't get why they're so autistic about game "balance" on a primarily PVP game.
I don't think casual players should accidentally be able to become the strongest thing around but there's needs to be a feeling of power when using your special abilities and skill trees after first play through.
