The ARMs rep is going to be at least 8 alts that have the same body types, regardless of their individuality and character abilities and here's why.
Smash characters don't have to primarily be faithful to the character itself, but faithful to the franchise as a whole. Reminder that:
>Simon and Richter share moves, despite being two different characters that don't share specific abilities aside from the weapons they use.
>Ness can't perform certain PK abilities.
>Daisy wasn't even in Super Mario Bros 2, despite being able to pull turnips.
I believe we'll get these characters to rep ARMs, with intertwining abilities and movesets shared across every single character, with tweaked animations in taunts or movement to allow for character personality.

Max Brass, Master Mummy, and Mechanica have large body frames to include. Will appear as cameos instead. Misango, Twintelle,and Byte/Barq have extreme fighting styles that aren't as easily blendable withe the rest of the cast. Cameos as well. Springtron will likely be an assist trophy replacement for Springman.
