Sam's Fist of Iron lets him stun lock enemies. It becomes incredibly useful against swarm of enemies, the higher tier zombies like the fat one or the cute one, especially when the Mastermind takes over. You can pretty much cancel out their ability to claw the fuck out of people. A good Tyrone and Sam team can clean house.

Nemesis is more aggresive and will hunt you in the area you are in. He has more attacks and actual weapons. Its easy for him to kill you from Fine health in seconds

Tough to say, but seem even so far. Some keep saying that Mastermind is OP, but honestly, the Mastermind will have a tough time if all the players are good. However, if even one survivor is garbage, the team will likely fail. The survivors have far less room for error.

Is it easy for survivors to rush objectives? I would imagine if thet got to far ahead playing catch up would be hard. Also is there in game voice chat?

A complete coin toss right now, but if even one person is incompetent on the survivor side, they can completely ruin the game for the entire team as you can just farm time penalties off them. This has happened on numerous occasions for me as 3 of us are waiting at the exit while the last player is doing fuck all in the middle of nowhere. We could go look for them, but that just leaves the exit vulnerable to the mastermind slapping down traps left and right and flooding the room with zombies.
I think the PC version might give Mastermind a clear advantage if the controls aren't shit. I just don't have the sensation of being able to set things fast on controller. It feels sluggish to me.

It's only as easy as you let it. Your job is to slow them down from rushing. There are pre placed traps that you can choose from before the round to slow them down while you set up.
