Ballista and sticky bombs are already enough, without needing to slow down and zoom in.

i prefer saving ballista ammo, and sticky bombs require you to arc your shots. quickscoping comes to me easier

I actually hated the blade in this game. It turns so many kills into the same kill, it feels.
Even some of the recycled ones from the last game feel lees impactful. I preferred punching a man into the dirt instead of limply slicing his head off.

Agreed. The blade is too overdesigned.
Plus the blade and grenade launcher/flamethrower have been tacked on to things like the Praetor suit and Doom Marine outfit, ruining them.

Sticky bombs have so much fucking aim assist, though. They'll latch onto the weak point as long as it ends up in the same post code; it's great.

I've never been good at sniping, so trying to quick scope to take out weak points doesn't work out too well.

I think I'm fine with the launcher and flamethrower since it makes him like the predator, but the blade is too large even when retracted that it heavily impacts the silhouette.
I don't think people would complain about the flamethrower's placement if it folded flush into the shoulder, like Iron Man or some Gundam kits.

Does this game get hard? I played UV and although I started slow because finding a rythm with the new way of reloading was odd I finished the game no problem.

Now I am just past the super gore nest on nightmare and just flying through these levels with ease. The game doesn't even feel remotely challenging.

The regular punch doing no fucking damage is dumb. Especially since I think I only ever found one berserker pack in my entire playthrough, and I found every secret and collectible and did every challenge.
I think they wanted to prevent the mashing sprees that you could do in the first this time around so they tried to incentivize the chainsaw, but they forgot that the players doing the mashing melee kills gets no ammo.

Lock-on rocket launcher missiles fucking destroy Khan Maykr, but against the last boss, you can't lock on. I was just using the plasma rifle and the turret mode on the machine gun, but neither seemed effective. Still managed to win on Nightmare mode, though.
