Coomers aside, who is the best character in the game? I've been using Min Min a lot because of her Dragon Arm and I think the arm combination I like best on her is the Electric ball on her left arm and the spinning disc thing on the right.
I fought a Lola Pop online that was fucking annoying to deal with because she was doing her clown bounce or whatever and I couldn't get a hit in. What I do to win is just charge up the dragon or get a grab, and then power through with the dragon arm electric ball, and adapt as needed.

Min Min has always been high-to-top tier if I remember correctly, and I think Ribbon Girl is considered the absolute best by competitive players.

mmmh, sadly those aren't my characters so i can't really give you some specific pieces of advice. the best i can tell you is that don't be afraid to just wait for your opponent's move sometimes, defense is the best offense: remember also to always keep one of your arms charged and not throw both of them at once
oh, and don't forget that grabs can be easily beaten by charged punches
