Based taste my man
This, Toy Story 2 and Stuart Little 2.
The hidden PS1 collectathons, I call them.
while we're at it
I had a demo disc of this game and half of the time I started it up it was for the music alone.
>THE FUCKING CONSTRUCTION LEVEL AND THAT JACKHAMMER MOTHERFUCKER AT THE TOP

Literally the first piece of duel monsters media that's not the original manga (before the card game rules were even established) and every single track is a banger
I only played the first level of Toy Story 2 when I was young so I don't remember the music, but what the fuck, is it really this good?
youtube.com
>played the PC version as a kid
>want to replay it
>get weird error message
>turns out you need to make your PC think it only has a gig of ram
a lot of ocean's games for the SNES were shit but the music in them was kino

it works fine on a ps1 emulator
I'll be back while I rummage through my memories of games I played that had bangin' soundtracks
>that classic B movie horror sound flawlessly mixed with the Muppets theme
Holy shit this is incredible. Please tell me the game is as good as the music. I would be all in for a good, spooky collectathon.
Miss this 'lil nigga like you would BELIEVE

My brain sent me down some crazy PC games I had back in the day. These had no business having such catchy, fun tunes

Toy Story 2 is unironically a great game

Although Forza 6 is a big-budget newer racing game, I didn't expect it to have such a good OST since the other games I played in that series didn't have much in the way of music:

ITS TIME FOR PICTIONARY MOTHER FUCKER
The obligatory post.

the music in forza horizon is horrible. and the classic radio station with only 3 songs doesnt make it better
I have to listen to the whole thing whenever this is posted, good shit.
fucking Twinsanity, christ what a shitty game

>tfw you never had a super scope but your uncle got you the game cuz he thought it looked cool so you pretended to play it in front of him but it was just the vs mode.
I really like it. Levels are fun and the low poly aesthetic is great. It's one of my childhood games though, so I'm probably biased
The OG, Jimmy White

Yeah, the worst part is that Horizon 4 doesn't have a custom music radio station.
I love how the boxart Yugi is holding the only card that you literally cannot get by any legitimate way in the game. If you ever play this game, play a modded version that lets you get the fucking cards.
He took it well
The rest of the OST is forgettable, but the final boss theme is weirdly good.
From a low budget japan only magical girl shmup

One of the best pieces of music of all time
the drums are great too

That's sending me back. I love N64/PS1 3D platformers/collectathons, never knew about this before so this is a great find. Just from that video my only issue is how Pepe interrupts the music, but everything else looks super charming. I might have to seek this one out, it's hitting all of the right notes for me.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention, user!
sometimes you just gotta get flintstoned

mega man doesn't count, everyone knows it has good music. by the time X came out it already had 5+ years of reputation as some of the best music in videogames.
youtube.com
I'm guessing this game was one of Jeremy Soule's earlier works.
Speaking of who, seems weird EA would hire him for movie tie-in shit rather than reuse the film soundtrack
youtube.com
Such an amazing soundtrack for a painfully average game.

Even the card library menu is fucking amazing
youtube.com
Ignore the absolute ass compression- this song would be great if we got the original version

Tim Follin is the fucking man when it comes to making good music for shit games. Love all his stuff.

Go listen to every Bungie Halo ost.
I remember renting this at the video store when it came out and using my tips and tricks magazine with the guide for the game in it.
SUPER underrated game for its time. I was pumped when it was released on the psn.
>Plok!

Dude this sounds so sad
God I remember this game.
The swordsman's home area was 10/10 comfy
this and intelligent qube were great
this song sounds like some kingdom hearts shit

i remember playing the shit out of the demo as a kid. i didnt even know how it worked but it just looked impressive to me
Man I loved that game.
I recommend giving it another shot. It always scared me as a kid for some reason, hanging over an abyss with the constant thud thud thud of the blocks advancing towards you. Pretty good puzzle game though, it's all about chaining blocks together and setting off big combos.
That game caused my vore fetish, I dont think i'll ever forget it.
almost all the old yugioh games have amazing soundtracks.
