I love Titanfall, but that's a really bad gameplay webm, it shows nothing of what makes the game good.

Hes literally right though. You run from point A to point B, at point be theres an arena. You fight stuff then the door opens so you can go to point C. That doesn't make it an awful game in and of its self but youre lying if you say that is not how the maps are

Titanfall is a console FPS that is let down by having an extremely low TTK that requires absolutely zero skill or aim.

fuck off you two worthless retards. there is exactly 0 times in the game where your forced to think or navigate the map, the only thing you do is follow the straight path the game has laid out for you after every fucking gore arena tumor. there is no mazelike desing, there is not keycard hunting except for a single level where they put the keycards at the end of their straight lines. The game does not have map design, designing arenas with 0 powerups is not map design. Arena map design requires careful consideration of powerup placement like weapons and ammo, ZOOM ETERNAL has no map design in arenas because the game is designed around you using your chainsaw pinatta to get free pride parades flags of ammo, you stupid fucking faggots.

i played doom 3 in the days leading up to eternal in hopes that i would like Eternal more after playing the shittiest doom. but i was wrong, the shittiest doom was a more enjoyable and a better crafted game than Eternal even though its slow as piss and super fucking dark. Frankly when i was on the fucking khan makyrs planet all i wanted to do was go back to the mars uac facility and enjoy doom 3 instead of suffering through 2 more levels of shit.

Gun play in doom 3 is no worse than the new doom games, other than the shotguns spread bein pretty small.

Did you play the originals? They're also like "run from point A to B", with the only difference being that those points are not marked for you.
I mean, the maps were branching a lot, but at any time only one "branch" would be unlocked, so you could only go there, get a keycard or flip a switch, which would unlock another "branch", and you would go there to unlock another one, and so on until the map is done.
