Concordia was ten times more boring than Rapture. In Concordia, you can look out and just see...clouds and blue sky and shit. in Rapture you can look out a window and see floating bodies, kelp-infested shipwrecks, the damn plane you crashed in. Rapture was creepy and interesting, with the threat that at any second one of the windows would crack and flood the entire room, killing you even if you enemies didn't. Concordia lacked that oppressively spooky atmosphere.
