They dropped the module system. It's like the TES Construction Set now. Also, that's not the point. Everything the other guy listed is bad. It shouldn't even be there. What were they thinking? It's one step forward, two steps back. They're turning it into some generic ARPGs.

Because with the new momentum-based ranged attacks, wearing arrows launched from far away wouldn't do much damage to you. You don't have to look down anymore to dodge incoming headshots like Warband (assuming you're using a 2h weapon).

Perk system is essentially a buff that gives your character a significantly unique trait, but that can only logically be applied to a non-sandbox/freeroaming game, because that uniqueness is also a possible limitation of your gameplay, where developers give you a false, predetermined choice for your character build.

They've become jaded with success, and it shows.
