PS4 beat Xbox One but it’s been that way since 2013, when Xbox had better exclusives for the first 2 years. People have hazy memories but the first good PS4 game was Bloodborne all the way in 2015.

Not a chance, its basically a 3700x and a 5700, cpu being $300 and the gpu being roughly the same. Custom singular SOC manufacturing optimizations and bulk discounts will make the SOC itself way cheaper but still the major part of the cost.
Microsoft claims to profit roughly $28 on the xbox one x ($500), making the SOC cost probably around $350 alone.
Next sexbox will probably be either $400 or $500 considering the cost gains in die shrinks and improvements in manufacturing.
