I really think latin america has what it takes to be an amazing place if they united like the ruropean union did. Problem is we're all too divided. Everybody has gotten used to pulling their own sacks and trying to live up to the first world countries standards. Basically to suck up to them and try to be their favorite pet-country.
If we really united together, no borders, no segregation, and we all worked together and cooperated, we could become something amazing. We all have the resources to do it, we just don't have the collective mindset for it.
