3. learn the sound she makes before big attacks so you block in time

the only stuff that outdamages ninjutsu are stuff that require you to be within the reach of the enemy
ninjutsu is powerful because it lets you ignore the entire game since you're literally never in danger

How do heavy armor builds deal with ki regen? I do 2 attacks and even with ki pulse it is fucked.

It's cool to have a big super move, and I don't see the difference between mashing attack buttons for a minute and then pressing the dpad twice at the end.

Because people are trying to compare it to other weapons when hatchets in general plays a bit differently from your usual melee combat. The whole gimmick is to be chucking axes at mid range and seeing how hard you can cheese a boss with it.

Why wouldn't you just use a bomb or talisman at that point? Imbue doesnt scale with your magic/ninjutsu so you will always build up status slower.

Because there is always a weapon that's clearly superior in whatver area you want to judge the weapon. Hatchets are not bad, just outclassed

Really really get used to doing flux instead of just KI pulses. Dump more point into courage. Don’t over commit to a combo unless you have a big ass opening. Stack enough toughness/block so that you can still guard the enemy’s attack with the 2 pixels worth of KI you got left.

Farm the mission to recover Hisahdie's teacup from hell. Third area i think. you need to kill a gaki, an enki, hen the horse and bull demons. that's it. on NG+ that's 300,000 souls per 2 minutes if you're fast.
