Got Misaki, Suit is useless in both looks and stats. The last 19/09 ticket gave me Misaki's Asari, which is also useless, plus I have it on DMM already.

Nothing about that suit is good stat-wise. It's only good for getting out the Flashy Technique 5 if you want a TEC Kokoro for some reason.
P skills from SSRs are all the same. Fully upgraded it's either a 12PP skill for +24%, or a 13PP skills for +27%.

You can't have the same skill equipped twice, so by using the Charm Witch with an upgraded "Stamina from Within 5" skill in your accessory, you are effectively wasting one skill slot for no reason. Of course, that's not a problem if you don't plan on using the suit in actual matches.
Good luck getting the Charm Witch either way, it's an 8-girl step-up.

You can if you reset your DMM account enough times. Right now you'll get a March 2020 ticket after the tutorial, and that has a 1:17 chance of getting you Kanna's summer festival suit.
Kanna's a POW character but it's a solid enough TEC suit to use. I used it for like 4 months before I got a POW suit for her.

She's on DMM(Japanese) only still. You can't pick her directly, but you can get her through luck right now. I think it might even be possible right now to keep resetting until you get her if the stream rewards are still available.

It'll be a long wait, but she should eventually be released for Steam. There's plenty for you to do until then so have fun and save up what you can. The JP version isn't that difficult to play though, and you don't need a VPN or anything(just a free DMM account).

If you just want her to take pictures and nothing else, then DMM is the easier way for sure.
For Steam, it'll be a while before she gets added but on the other hand, you can use the time to build up stones and other resources like awakening gems etc., so that you can have her leveled up and ready to go right as you get her.
Plus you'll able to get her SSR accessories on Steam once those show up, which will give you an even stronger Kanna.

Why want a POW suit for Marie?
And shame you missed the Melty Heart for Kanna, that's the best free POW suit that exists right now.
Accessories for new girls show up while the girls are still paid-only so it's best to start way before that happens, so that you have a strong enough team to actually get the accessories for her.
