Fatlus develops solely for the domestic market. Switch port was their job, Classic had to be wrestled by Sega Europe and it happened because it's running on Gamebryo so the port could be done entirely hands-off (without Fatlus involvement). Any other port would require Fatlus input in some form and considering how retarded they are, it'll probably take 5 more years at the very least for them to agree.
