>Also, you can breathe a sigh of relief because there won't be a delay... In fact, quite the opposite! We have decided to bring forward the release of the game to 10.00 am UTC, March 30th.
Based, but I still don't believe them.

>it's literally early access

Holy shit I thought this was just a meme.
So they really are going the way of the first one.
Fuck it, I'll pirate their shitty beta then maybe buy the "updated release" or whatever the fuck they'll call their new version of Warband that fixes all their shit from their beta test

nice digits

Can somebody give me a quick rundown on the factions?

>With that in mind, we have decided to make the game available for 10% off for the first two weeks of sale. In addition to this, anyone who owns any previous Mount & Blade title will be eligible for an additional 10% off in select digital stores.
Holy based. I was gonna buy it anyway but sure don't mind the 20% off

Original M&B was tons of fun. I must've had 300 hours in it when Warband came out.
I'll take early access over continuing my belligerent drunkenness for another 2 years.

AAAAAAAAAA

>buy the "updated release"
That's at least another 6 years away, user.

What if I own all 5 M&B related store items? Do I get a 50% discount?

aserai = sand arab people
battania = forest pagan people
khuzait = steppe people
empire = romans
sturgia = nords
vlandia = western europeans

it's ok to be poor user

No it's fucking not there's not even a lot of shit I want to get but I fucking can't anyway despite working my ass to the fucking bone

Attached: 1579884841603.jpg (516x433, 70.15K)

Yes. This was personally confirmed by Armagan. He also said if you own the 5 games on two separate accounts, you get Bannerlord for free

>With that in mind, we have decided to make the game available for 10% off for the first two weeks of sale. In addition to this, anyone who owns any previous Mount & Blade title will be eligible for an additional 10% off in select digital stores.
>20% off
post yfw

Well yeah, I'll be pirating this shit obviously. I'll just pay 4.99 for the release that's updated on a grey market site because fuck con artists.

user, I just spent $500 on games while drunk last night on Steam. It's not about money. It's about scammers being scammers

>30th
Why not today? Why fucking release on a god damn Monday.

the Turks are alright

>not buying early access is being poor now
The state of nu|v|

I think I'm going to embrace my Finnish heritage and go with the Khuzaits

>With that in mind, we have decided to make the game available for 10% off for the first two weeks of sale. In addition to this, anyone who owns any previous Mount & Blade title will be eligible for an additional 10% off in select digital stores

>being a poorfag

I will drink from your skull.

>March 30th
Why not the weekends?

Attached: 1513800595916.jpg (793x786, 53.93K)

because everyone is working from home and needs something to do while pretending to work, or is unemployed now, or is essential so they're working 6 day weeks 14 hours a day so it doesn't matter.

All those years of memes, and now it is almost here. It feels surreal.

>Campaign is a new and somewhat more structured approach to the Mount & Blade experience that blends a storyline and key events with the traditional sandbox gameplay that our players are familiar with. Campaign aims to provide players with clear goals and missions that can lead to a successful conclusion to a playthrough.
im a bit worried honestly, i hope they dont focus on that too much

>Early Access

OH NO NO NO

>Unique Maps for Towns, Castles and Village: Although we plan to create unique maps for every town and castle in the game, it is a rather arduous process to create that many well designed maps and as such, different locations may share the same map during early access.
>Quest Content: A portion of planned quests may be missing entirely, and those in the game may be using placeholder maps, animations, etc.
>Balancing: Various aspects of the game may be poorly balanced. Parts of the game may be too easy or too hard.
>Voice overs: Since the game uses a lot of dynamic text and hundreds of NPCs, we are planning to record voice-overs for only a limited subset of the dialog (greetings, companion introductions and main quest). Some of these planned voice overs may be missing or using placeholder versions during EA.
>Bugs and glitches: Although we strive to create a stable game experience, the game will be actively developed during early access and hence there will be a greater chance of bugs and glitches creeping up. It will of course be a priority to fix these.
>Singleplayer Features: Several planned single player features may be missing or incomplete. These include but are not limited to: full game controller support, some skill and perk effects, crafting, some aspects of sieges, and clan, army and kingdom management.

Early Access games like this one which almost everybody will put hundreds of hours in? Yes.

They're too good to us.

Attached: happines.gif (250x250, 1.13M)

I expect it to be a glorified tutorial like the merchant of praven stuff

Cyberpunk soon too. Both were announced in 2013.
You could count Half Life VR but eh
Is 2020 the most meme year so far? Even Higurashi is being remade.

Attached: 1579927736532.jpg (640x480, 37.36K)

>sturgia = nords
sturgia is a mix of slavs and nords
they modelded it after kievan rus but later made it more nordic because people wanted muh vikings

>turkshit
Fuck off, Erdocuck

Any early access which can be fucked up by further releases or simply left unfinished, yes.

Believe me when I say no one hates turkroaches more than M&B fans who have waited a third of their lives for this fucking game.

Yeah, tell me what can they fuck up in here.

Leaving horrible bugs in instead of fixing them for one, a classic for ea titles.

Guys...
>If you would like to experience everything that Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord has to offer, then we strongly encourage you to hold off on buying the game until the full-release.

Attached: 1493907901173s.jpg (250x206, 7.2K)

And pass on that sweet discount?

If I lay the money on the table and take a photo of it will you stop with this meme?

What's the base price though? Are the turkroaches jew enough to go for 60€?

We're almost there, lads

How does STEAM deal with early access refunds nowadays?
Can I refund the game upon release even with 300 hours in the EA?

two hours played
two weeks owned

if you go past either condition, you are not guaranteed a refund

You know what this ACTUALLY translates to?
>If enough of you don't buy this in EA we won't get enough funds to complete the game b-but surely you *can* hold off until it's complete because we know the hype will fund it anyway

>imagine actually believing it

Two weeks owned without even launching the game? What motivated this condition? Organized mass purchases that were much later refunded just to hurt the devs?

Distance sales have a 14 day refund policy according to EU law.

Do you not believe fixing bugs is a continual process? They are adding features, which will also introduce new bugs.

Sometimes, especially during sales, people buy several games at once. And they don't always try them immediately because they don't have the time or enjoy other games too much. You have two weeks to try it, after that it's on you - you snooze you lose.

They've offered no questions refunds on games that went full release after a REALLY long ea (day z is the most well known I reckon), but generally speaking, no, same shit. 2 weeks or 2 hours playtime, maybe a bit more wiggle room.

Has nothing to do with that. In fact, that regulation doesn't apply to software or online services in general anyway.

Meanwhile physical goods can have, and frequently do, a year (or more) to return if un-opened. It's the same situation as steam games since they can 100% track if you've "opened" the games or not. It's not like a software license key you can write down and then attempt to return it.

Seems really arbitrary but whatever they can get away with right?

You're lucky you can refund at all. If you return an open case in my country, they will laugh you out of the store.

You're right, there are no ea game that've been left in a shitty state forever, what was I thinking.
Don't let my ramblings get in the way of your consooming.

They could get away with not giving you any refund at all if you're anywhere in the US or EU. Only a few places like Straya actually require them to provide this option, everyone else gets it out of courtesy.

But then they backtracked and made it simply shit looking because slavaboos were endlessly complaining about it

>open
I specifically said un-opened. Once you've broken the seal it's up to the pure generosity of the store if they take it back or not. Unplayed games are un-opened.

Yes it does.

t. Lawyer

are they fucking kidding

>Early Access

Nope ignored until full release

What happened with EU law that required you to be able to re-sell your games anyway? Steam simplified refunds by some legal requirement and not just out of the good of their hearts. Previously you could only open a ticket and hope they arbitrarily let you refund or not.

Post pics of the new factions
FUCKING GEKO2 WHEN WOOOOOOHOOOOO

More like t. illiterate retard.

user it's only been a fucking decade, jeez you can't rush these things

I'm just pissed all the leakers everyone said was fake were right. This game is going to be warband 2.5: graphics update edition.

Threadly reminder the original was an early access title for a year or so.

It does though. The 14 days is unless you begin to download the game. After you have started the download, you have the 2h limit, but that is the courtesy of Valve and not required by law.

>European Union customers have a right of withdrawal from certain transactions under the terms of EU law.

>European law principally provides a right of withdrawal on software sales. However, it can be and typically is excluded for boxed software that has been opened and for digitally provided content once it is provided to the end user. This is what happens when you make a transaction on Steam: The EU statutory right of withdrawal ends 14 days after your purchase or the moment you start downloading the content and services for the first time (whichever is sooner).

>At the same time, Steam voluntarily offers refunds to all of its customers worldwide in a way that is much more customer-friendly than our legal obligations. In particular, for some hardware we offer 30 days instead of the statutory 14, and for digital games we allow you to try them for up to two hours, whereas your statutory right of withdrawal does not give you a chance to try out games at all.

>As a result, even if your statutory right of withdrawal ends, you may still request a refund of your purchase pursuant to our own refund policy.

>What happened with EU law that required you to be able to re-sell your games anyway?
There was never anything like that. It was just some shit a certain retarded german civil rights activist group sued Valve for but they obviously lost because they had no grounds.

>Steam simplified refunds by some legal requirement
Straya

this is still the same early access game just a later version of it. The whole thing has been bullshit from the very start.

>a year
The original was early access for years, not a single year

I'm assuming they're fixing the tactic where you can just steamroll the game with swadian/sarranid cavalry?
Will having a balanced army bring any better benefits?

>he didn't buy warband in early access in 2010

Attached: 1571213005613.jpg (735x592, 34.23K)

no

Yes, at least for the MP classes
