Was he a heretic?
Was he a heretic?
He is even worse than a heretic, he is - may The God Emperor forgive me for uttering this word- an ultramarine
cringe 1d4tard
the most hated chapter among non-secondaries right now are the Iron Hands
>non-secondaries
>implying it's relevant
Also, he is technically right since Ultramarines secede durring the HH
I just want a good game for murdering hundreds of enemies that feels as satisfying as 40kSM did. I wish they'd finish their trilogy but it got canned and so did the studio.
No. He's probably a blank or otherwise extremely Warp immune.
It's worth noting that a marine fighting a chaos prince and winning (even a summoning sicknessed one) is SUPER fucking suspicious. Bald Codex Man should have gone to his chapter's Chaplain and been like "hey I think Titus has some fucky warp stuff :(" to which the Chaplain would have investigated. If he is a blank then it would get investigated further and would probably draw the interest of the inquisition to beat the shit out of daemons with.
Or kill.
Someone needs to make a warriors clone
?
Yes
>Leandros spends the whole game rulefagging
>breaks the rules and calls the inquisition instead of a chaplain
Was this some kind of character flaw, shitty writing, or did Relic just not know?
I don't think enough people care about the Iron Hands to hate them. But since smurfs are the default chapter that get shoehorned into everything they draw the ire of everyone else.
Genuine character flaw.
Inquisitor Thrax is pretty clearly not taking the accusation seriously, or else there would be far different procedures than going down onto the planet and picking him up in-person.
Ultramarines aren't so bad once I found that they are basically Romans.
Imperial/Crimson fists are still my favorite though.
only because they thought that the rest of the Imperium had already fallen which the DA and BA also thought until it was to late
Explain. New go HH lore. What's up with my bros DARK Angels?
Dont people get feelings of unease and other weird shit like just by being near a blank?
I wish someone would pick up Chapter Master, it has potential and it's fucking sad that it's no being worked on anymore
>What's up with my bros DARK Angels?
They did one great thing (well except Guilliman shitted his pants after Lion arrived with just 10k marines)
People hate Iron Hands because until very recently they were extremely overpowered and had unkillable dreadnoughts
the situation was that after the dark crusade, the traitors essentially trapped the Ultramarines in their area with next to no news updates coming beyond shit was extremely fucked (they thought that all three loyalist primarchs at Istvaan where dead instead of just one and Horus was already near Terra). Due to thinking everything was already fucked Guilliman decided to create his own empire to preserve what was left but didn't want to rule it partially due to it looking bad but also because it would be admitting everything was beyond fucked, then comes Lion with his legion which Guilliman then states that Lion will be the new Big E but he also doesn't want it, then Sangunuis shows up and they get him to agree to be Emperor regent. Some other shit happens involving Curze who's visions tip everybody that Big E was still alive resulting in Imperium Secundus being disbanded and the DA and UM creating a gap in traitor lines to allow the BA to reach Terra before the siege
why the iron hands? they are based. is it some new retard lore?
The writer said for future games he would be vindicated as not touched by Chaos. We just didnt get the next two games.
Ah, I Don't keep up with the actual game, just the lore.
the multiplayer in this wasn't great but i had so much fun in it. i loved how powerful the characters felt. was so fun fucking around
Did it have local MP or at least bots?
Thrax actually axked Leandros if he was certain of his accusation. I can't recall another instance in 40K lore where an inquisitor ever bothered to ask a non-inquisitor their opinion on matters of heresy.
i cant remember, dont think so though
Yes, which could explain why Leandros is getting so uppity.
Hopefully in a few years the Emperor will reawaken and lead a massive new crusade, kill off everything but then be revealed as having become a chaos puppet, and Games Workshop deletes everything and starts over from scratch with new (but sometimes similar) lore and factions. Simplify the hell out of the bloated rules, and bring some new breath of fresh air into the game.
>wanting gw to sigmar 40k
please no
Could be worse, could be a ultra-ultramarine.
40k basically got sigmar'd and none of you fucking realized it
Tabletop game stuff, see
>Shitty argument about how age of sigmar isn't actually shit
Sounds like a great excuse to shelve a bunch of unpopular xenos armies & make everyone buy primaris models.
It had co-op, don't think local tho
He mus die first. Then reborn as new, cloned spacemarine somewhere. Go on the epiq quest to regain his power and lead his people. Cut fucking corruption from within.
Retaking Terra from corrupted assholes that will call him false emperor.
Is there hope for a new game? Seriously, it's the only good action wh40k game that didn't suck.
no and if there was it would be transferred over to shit tier developers
The endgame of 40k is either:
a) everyone kills each other, tyranids and necrons fight each other until the end of time
b) all the """""""GOOD"""""""" factions band together to beat up chaos, pack up ship and leave the galaxy to be consumed by necrons and tyranids, go fuck off to the andromeda galaxy or whatever, conflict starts up again but with restructured roles (i.e eldar have dropped out to repopulate their worlds, tau have become bauss as fuck and started to dominate after finding advanced technology, humanity finds it's feet again and tries to be less evil-in-a-good-way etc, while maybe some tyranids and necrons tagged along by accident.
No but it was very concerning that he seemed wrap imune, they should have gone to the Chaplin rather than the inquisition though.
Watch Mandalore's video on Mechanicus Adeptus. It's actually a surprisingly good strategy game that's been overlooked.
care to explain a blank to a lorelet?
It did sucked a bit.
Mechanicus was great. My only problem with it is the difficulty curve is extremely unbalanced. For example:
>first or second overlord you unlock is hellishly OP and requires a massive DPS check unloaded straight on his fucking face or he will choke you to death with his legions of necron warriors
>all other overlords are completely pathetic, including the final boss who has an impressive 100 HP... and basically nothing else, not even any armor. I went into the fight fully expecting to eat shit and lose a bunch of techpriests but instead I loaded in, saw his stats, reloaded a save, returned to the ship, loaded up my cohort with a bunch of those physical damage ranged skitarii, loaded into the fight, popped the canticle to fill my CP, deployed them all, and then command fired his ass to like 55 Hp and then finished him off the immediate next turn
Much better than fire warrior
they are essentially a literal blank in the warp and are extremely rare
People who act as holes in the warp.
The warp is basically the afterlife but all icky and covered in rotten semen and bloodstains, but all life has a connection to the warp through their souls. Some individuals are born without any warp presence at all, and act as sort of "warp voids" to suck away all the icky demon juice from the aether.
They tend to get put into the Inquisition, since deploying a guy who's entire modus operandi is "anything magic dies around me" is really effective against things made entirely of magic- i.e daemons.
I always forget to download it
Still.
So wtf is the warp. I can never understand that shit. Is it like the light speed in star wars where things go fast? Been playing 40k games for years and still don't get it
How did he became space marine let alone Captain without anyone finding out he's blank?
Ultrasmurfs are extra proud about their pure geneseed. That's a big plothole actually. Unless, his blank abilities were dormant.
the warp is essentially an alternate realm that is shaped by the emotions of people in the regular realm, it was once a nice place but the war in heaven started turning it into the shithole it is today
Dakka squadron looks interesting but I am a little worried by no mention of multiplayer, without multiplayer it will be dead on arrival. Also we technically haven't seen any straight gameplay yet but it will probably be fairly similar to what we saw in the trailer.
Fire warrior was conceptually flawed, they wanted you to play as the race that uses the guns with the fancy scopes but not let you lose those scopes. Also they put story on loading screens that load way too fast on modern systems to be readable.
It's possible for it to develop later, or perhaps it develops over the course of the story from him being directly exposed to the warp.
that's fucking retarted why is it called warp then if it's not space warp speed?
because it literally warps reality
It is though, the humans, tau, chaos, and orks all use it as a fast-travel method. It just also happens to be a pseudo-afterlife that's influenced by the souls of all living beings. And since 99.99% of all souls have shitty lives that end violently, the warp is a pretty shitty place by extension.
tau use warp travel nowadays?
Lol what? How?
>retarted
>doesn't know what the warp is
>playing for years
full of shit underage larper or just omega level dumb?
>sequel never ever
what a shame, game was legit fun
somewhat, their first real attempt at using warp travel ended in disaster due to the fact that they didn't know what a gellar field was then those who survived it learned their client races unintentionally started the process of creating a god of the greater god which pissed them off
They can only do short-range jumps due to not having navigators and not having invented the gellar field. Also their low presence in the warp due to being a new race means they have no experience dealing with chaos, which is why they didn't know what the fuck was happening when the Death Guard decided to say hello.
Any Warhammer games you can recommend that are capable to be run by a 10 year old toaster?
Dawn of War and all of it's expansions
Chapter Master
