There's also that one weird bug with shielding that causes the delay to skyrocket. Wasn't sure it existed at first but I was fighting someone with a good connection and it'd spike every single time I or they shielded.

It's not so much a combo-starter than an annoying way to keep me close to you since if 236x landed at any point, you can drag my ass back to you since 4x will still hit most of the time.
Also it's a move that guarantees you a super where normally a 236x would just send people flying
