Starting up ARMS for the first time in 3 minutes. What can I expect? Is it heavy on the motion controls, like wii sports boxing and punch-out?

It’s been out for 3 years. They stopped adding dlc so of course it’s going to fade. I haven’t played it in 10+ months but I played it a ton before that. It’s a lot of fun.

That's the whole problem, the separate locations thing. It doesn't matter what company it is, getting anywhere outside of your current location is difficult right now. Sakurai doesn't work for Nintendo or in any sort of Nintendo office. Namco handles Smash Bros. development.

I think it's become a lot harder to try and get third parties interested in the first place. Smash isn't exactly a big deal anymore, so there's no real prestige or anything for a company to get their character in. Like, it's great for Nintendo and Smash, check it out, we have this popular character, but the other company doesn't really get jack shit out of the deal. There's no exposure or anything anymore since the series has faded to obscurity.
