It should be fine. 3 doesn't look like it was terrible but I think it might have been 30fps.

Other games aren't musou. I personally loved World Seeker, it gives you a great sense of adventure, like at the beginning of Skypea.

My favourite thing to do is abuse how conquerors haki worked, with the right set up on normal difficulty Luffy can literally one shot by turning his haki on and off quickly. I remember showing this to my friend it was great but utterly retarded.

I remember, I think it was in PW2, you could equip Luffy with a stun equip on his Snakeshot and it would obliterate every boss in the game at 0 cost

Enel, probably. All Logia users not called Smoker were amazing but Enel was a step above. His electric meter charged like crazy so you could basically Mamaragan into level 2 special into Mamaragan from base to base and clear everything instantly. DP Blackbeard gets bonus points for having Whitebeard's level 2 special as his level 1.
