why bother? the environments are scaled for VR play not for running around and same applies to the combat, it's not designed around point and aim so I assume the combat will be aboslute dogshit easy, pacing will also break

It's obvious they made it possible to play it through keyboard, debugging it with with headset would be torture.
But it's not keyboard and mouse game, you won't get much out of it since it's world,features,gameplay circle around VR

The enviroments really aren't designed around VR. You can't even jump/climb in VR. Just walking forward into things makes you auto vault it. Adding a dedicated reload button isn't really going to make it any more complex.
