Something fucking different. I don't want yet another shitty alternate version to Armageddon to pile on-top of the others nobody plays. Go back to experimenting like they were with Worms 3D and Worms Forts.

This series has been playing it safe for so long now I don't even understand how it sticks around.

i like worms. i hope it's good. i like the W.M.D art style but i also like the revolution/clan wars 3d style, whatever they wanna do is fine by me

-keep the variety of vehicles
-keep making good singleplayer campaigns with challenges, because online is always very quiet or dead
-i'd rather actually have fewer weapons but better balanced, lower time to kill (i know i can just set the health higher but as default 100hp there's too many ways to combo people and one shot half their team)

Team17 is fucking pathetic. They already perfected worms with Armageddon but are unable to move on to other things and keep fucking with it.

I just want a Worms World Party 2. Same art style, but vectorized (as close to the original art as humanly possible in vector form) with all the original gameplay in-tact plus any new features they feel like adding to that format.

I played a 3D scorched earth remake that managed to make it playable.
Worms 3D could work if:
>camera was really fucking good
>time limit for taking a shot wasn't competing with time limit for walking
>it was possible to input EXACT angle and power rather than having to mash buttons until it gets right enough
So, basically, if it was scorched earth and not worms.

Genuinely and sincerely fuck 2d niggers. 3d is such a great evolution to the physics based game worms. The only reason you don't understand that is because the loading times made the game unplayable for spoiled boomers.

holy shit THIS, there's a reason why Worms4 mayhem is loved

They say it's something new with totally new way to play. It is probably 3D. Their latest 2D one is already pretty good, and all their other 2D ones are the same shit but with different gimmicks and art styles. Why would they make another one? Well, I guess because that's what they do fools. Clearly they should make f2p Worms Armageddon with real money cosmetics and that would be a hit. But we need another 3D worms. Worms 4 is fucking fun game, sure it has problems, but it is still a blast. Imagine that remastered and improved. Would be fun.

couldn't you fix grenades/zookas and such in 3D by making it so the blast radius is normal for terrain destruction/damage through terrain but empty space has a larger radius?
then you can still deform the landscape but catch worms in splash on the surface to account for more space to miss in.

I kinda liked Worms 3D. But the main thing I remember about it was that the menu music was Shake Your Coconuts by Junior Senior.
