The only difference is the nostrils and the ear size. Other than that she has eyelashes and bushier eyebrows but that's reasonable to change. The lighting is really misleading and she's the right color in game

You realize the 4 axis facial scans all use normal fucking cameras to take pictures of the face, right?
The focal length of the camera taking the front facing portrait is incorrect for actual human sight, and is instead the focal length used for high detail image capturing.
Essentially take a selfie with various focal lengths and then compare it to your own reflection. Depending on how off the FL is, you will look like a completely different person.

How complex is it to rig a model to work in the source engine?
I'm looking into making my own model swap for this.
I figure I can use the in-game model for her body, so all I have to do is make a high poly version of her HL2 face, which I'm more than capable of doing.
