I got Plat on NG+3 I think. The best area to farm XP is at the endgame where you originally encountered the first chained ogre.

Owl (Father) was the hardest fight in the game for me until I finally got his rhythm down after like 20 tries.

The Shura ending fight against Isshin also annoyed the fuck out of me when he dodges and counterattacks. I think he's the only human enemy in the game that does that instead of blocking/deflecting you.

What prosthetics/items and/or abilities make which fights absolutely trivial?

Like Ichimonji Double for slow heavy attack humans, firecrackers/fistful of ash for Corrupted Monk, Shadowfall for basically every fast attack human, kunai + Leaping Kicks on Lady Butterfly etc.

I like both of the owl fights. I like all his trickery.

The lazulite axe is great for lazily blowing out a quarter of almost any enemy’s posture.

It's so refreshing to have such an imposing boss be such a scumbag and using smoke bombs and poison like a ninja would. No secret techniques or anything just actual trickery and no honor.

Funnily enough I'm pretty good at beating DOH and Papa Owl now. Sword Saint Isshin is moderately hard but I can take him. I fucking wish this game had some DLC so I could fight more outrageously cruel bosses
