not an argument. W3's soundtrack actually has good melodies, the Kaer Morhen track I posted is iconic and anyone who's played the game can instantly recognize it. Not only that track is like that though, the whole entire soundtrack is, the only Fromsoft songs that are like that are Gwyn's theme and the Majula theme, everything else does fine at setting the stage but is ultimately forgettable

Only DS1's boss themes are distinctive enough for me to actually memorise them, even if some of them ended up getting recycled
DeS and DS3 have a handful of themes that stand out, otherwise a majority of those games' tracks all sound the same to me. I'm not sure if I can remember more than 1 or 2 DS2 boss themes

Ds3 was like that because they wanted to keep the same people from before for probably keeping some feeling or something stupid. Listening to the deacons theme from ds3 and what they cut out from the song made me feel terrible at all the potential they cut out from the potential good songs they could of had

Only DeS had an actual soundtrack, DS1 already started that shit outside of a couple of exceptions like Gwyn, either Kitamura's a terrible composer (which I doubt since Sekiro had some pretty great tracks) or she's pidgeonholed once again in generic orchestra with ominous chants.
