It's probably Saturn Mini with Segata's son yeah. Somebody in a previous thread deduced that the silhouetted guy looks like the MC of Kamen Rider Fourze, which makes sense as a casting choice as Segata was played by the first Kamen Rider.

really, i find hard to believe a gamedev discovered an efficient method of emulating the saturn before the emulator devs. i dont think even M2 has the chops to pull something like that, and they are the GODS of sega emulation.

also, to emulate reliably the saturn in ARM architecture, you need a fairly powerful CPU, and those arent cheap.

Maybe with Vulkan support it could run on a Raspberry Pi 4?

I think it'd be more interesting if they approach a crossover fighter with their own unique fashion, rather than a tag team traditional fighter like KOF, a platformer fighter like Smash, or even an arena fighter like Tenkaichi 3.
What it would be- who knows. Would definitely be cool to see Sega design something unique that makes it standout.

The original is kinda of a bad clunky game, but Future was a massive improvement most of that games issues was lack of camera control.

Too late for that. The public consciousness of SEGA fans is currently that "Phantasy Star = Online RPG". That said though, if SEGA were to eventually make PS5 or something I really hope Rieko Kodama would be back on board the dev team; I've missed her games. She's great.

Well, they still had PD in that montage of Sega games at the beginning of the Sonic movie, so I guess its still theirs.

Jet set, phantasy star, billy hatcher, and nights all have really well designed characters and world that truly deserve more love and another chance

I'm not too sure about Toe Jam and Earl, but "Publisher" isn't always exactly the "IP holder". Like Bayonetta 2, for example: the IP is shared by both SEGA and Nintendo, but the Publisher is listed only as Nintendo. Think of it like those Star Wars games; EA has bought the license for those but the IP is still owned by Lucasfilms (I think? not a big movie buff). I think Shenmue and Panzer are still owned by SEGA but SEGA licensed those 2 games out to other devs.
tl;dr Copyright, licensing, and IP ownership is its own wacky world.

You should already know how Japs handle their streams by now, user. This is nothing new. Their streams are always 95% faffing about and 5% about advertising products that isn't even guaranteed for outside of Japan.
