Okay, you can hate Cold Steel as much as you want but dumb mini games like this are a staple of Falcom.

There's a reason why people shit on the CS games aside from the Rean himself. The first one is alright, the second one is garbage, the third one is lackluster and the fourth serves as a dull finale.

I wouldn't mind it if one they settled for three separate love interests at most and two they actually gave all of said love interests unique scenes. Cold Steel kept throwing girls at Rean but only like four of them mattered and the Alisa bias from the first game to the last was painfully obvious.

Even if you can't they'll probably be some sort of system in place where you can choose who Rean rean'd.

CS3 may be a retread of CS1 but it correctly does everything CS1 tried and failed to do. It is literally CS1 but good. it honestly could have been the first game. The characters are better, the plot is better, the graphics are better. EVRYTHING is better. CS1 is fucking horrible and pointless. CS3 is actually good, but it is brought down by the fact that CS1 existed, because if you were unfortunate enough to play CS1, the formula seems stale. In reality the formula is actually fine but n CS1 was so fucking bad it ruins it for not only itself but for CS3 as well.
