I wanna rub my peepee in her brain folds.

Instea of making Doomguy speak in a random sequence they should've reserved the moment for this
>"...and all just to protect them, what do you have to say for yourself'?
>"R-RIP AND TEEEEAAAAR" *stomps head*
>*Roll Credits*
And game ends there

I want to poke that brain

She's unironically hotter without the mask. I want to shoot cum all over her brain and then have her tell me she can taste peanut butter because of the spunk contact.

good thing you didn't work on the game, smoothbrain

giving heaven their version of a spider mastermind isn't bad
but insisting in making it too alien and called "urdak" feels out of place, even for doom
specially when hell still has pentagrams and brimstone and fire and all that shit

Why is it talking?

Attached: 1463771646277 (1).png (454x453, 72.75K)

It is just some aliens pretending to be angels

>Hayden claims she is invulnerable with that orb still inside of her
>Doomguy still mortally wounds her anyways

Yeah, the Urdak are just posers. They feed on Hell energy and made a deal with Hell wherein they expose new worlds to conquer for the demons in exchange for energy in return.

I like it.

That's why you punch the orb, to damage it and stop her from being invulnerable.

The logs imply in a pretty not subtle way it's supposed to be heaven in the same way doom's "hell" is supposed to be hell.

Read the "Urdak" codex entry here doom.fandom.com/wiki/Codex/Story_Of_The_Maykrs

This is the most obvious givaway.
"Urdak itself exists in an anchor state, utilizing highly advanced dimensional shift technology to allow a static position at a sub-quantum level. This essentially inverts their position in relation to Hell; both planes of existence are fixed outside the bounds of the known universe, a 'lower' and 'higher' reality. The Khan Maykr oversees all within Urdak, and now utilizes Argent Energy to prevent the Transfiguration."

So what the fuck was that other Urdak in that giant water room right before this boss fight?

Did I understand it correctly when it was mumbled by a very confused AI, is VEGA the universe's equivalent of God?

Yes.

“What if we combined the old Archvile designs with angels”

Yeah, and Hayden is basically Lucifer.

Someone was horny at the office.

More.

cringe

>Gets pulled out of heaven by Hayden
>Whole place goes to shit under the rule of a woman who makes a literal deal with the devil
What did id mean by this?

It's a reference to this texture from the original.

But that doesn't make it the actual biblical heaven and the game goes out of its way to mention that religious beliefs were influenced by Urdak and the makers. If anything it's trying to say that peoples' idea of heaven was based on some aliens that probably aren't really holy at all.

ummmm, this is a r34 fishing thread

>Gets pulled out of heaven by Hayden
What ? I thought Hayden created VEGA, it's an AI

damn this sounds super gay

fucking dropped. Doom should have stayed a christian game

Based on what was shown, VEGA is what we'd consider "God." He was pulled out of Urdak by Hayden, who may very well be the Seraphim that gave Doom Guy his Godlike powers based on the totally same voice and VA. The name of the Seraphim is also Samur Maykr, and Samur is really close to Hayden's first name - Samuel. When VEGA is plugged back into the system and gets all his faculties back, he immediately asks something to the effect of "Am I understanding this right, Doctor Hayden? Am I the Father?"

The "Father" went missing from Urdak millennia ago

you obviously can't recognize true kino when it's right in front of your screen

seethe christcuck

Attached: YHVH.jpg (433x443, 26.5K)

It seems more that VEGA was a re-purposed Father, the Maykr's AI creator. Hayden is likely Samur Maykr, the Maykr have the means to transfer their consciousness into other bodies and Samur gave his diviinity to the Slayer, which is why Urdak recognized him as the Seraph.

So at some point, Samur hears about the esteemed Hayden family and makes a human vessel named Samuel, which means Name of God and says that he's part of the Hayden family. He makes many scientific discoveries for humanity and tricks everyone.

>doom lore
holy fuckin cringe

I dunno my guy

Harvesting souls doesn't sound technologically feasible, and all of the skulls and shit feel less alien-based. Its still christian hell for me at least.

Hell isn't the actual biblical hell either but it's an analogue to it. Urdak is an analogue to heaven in the same way.

It's more the reality of it. The thing that gave rise to the religious aspect of it. This even makes sense further, because Hell is introduced later as a concept, while Heaven originally wasn't for humanity to dwell in after death. Instead it was another place, which had a divide between those in paradise and those that were suffering and the ones suffering could see the ones in paradise, which made their suffering all the worse.

>Hayden in Doom 2016
Gimme the Argent.

>Hayden in Doom Eternal
Destroy the Argent production.

What's this faggot planning?

but redpilled

Argent energy that isn't produced by human souls dumbass.

Literally no longer possible. He never achieved it before getting his ass whooped, and now the Crucible is powering the Fortress of Doom.

I would love that, especially for all the reactions from the pseudo-hardcore gamers on Yas Forums who would have a meltdown over any attempt at fan service.

I like it- it bears resemblance to the demons. Which either means:
A) Just symbolic way to show that this "angels" aren't much different or better than the demons of hell. False deities.
B) Plot-related design: One codex entry states that the Sentinels discovered that drinking the hell-essence/Argent, which both whatever-the-race-of-the-Sentinel-is and the Maykers consume on the regular, gradually turns you into a demon. In this scenario, Khan's plan to perpetuate Mayker survival by striking a deal with hell has corrupted the "angels of heaven" and turned them all into quasi-demons under their shiny masks.

I never like when stories take the "well acshualy, all religions are just misinterpretations of advanced aliens visiting earth" route, but in that category, this execution isn't too bad.

I thought only the japanese love doing this angel bad shit.
I take comfort in being a little more than confused by where eternal took the plot, can't really care about the maykr shit, but I do enjoy the resolution

>Finds out humans are used for argent energy
>Entire reason for using argent energy was to stop an energy crisis destryoing earth
I would guess he wants to replace those hell factories use of humans for some other alien race. By subjugating other races, he would essentially make humans the next Maykrs.

In this instance, I don't think its that since it doesn't seem like either have come to earth before, and both are very explicitly christian-style if they were to have inspired any earth religions

So when you go through the Argent process and your soul is tormented until you lose all hope, finally being sucked from your body, does your consciousness stay with your body or your soul?

THEY WANTED TO SHOW YOUNG AUDIENCE THAT FEMALES do have brains..

of course, they took inspiration from prometheus
wasn't that movie about how some aliens were ancenstors of human?

Neither, you're dead.

Doom was never Christian and the "hell" in these games has never been anything more than an alien world or alternate dimension. The demons and "angels" are all just aliens.

what was the mysterious voice that spergs out after her boss fight? is that setup for nudoom 3?

Don't have a screenshot, but just before activating the assembled portal, you have to jump into a pool where another, khan-looking squid, is. My guess that it's some sort of an incubator (perhaps the body of the new Khan that was never "activated" because the Father is missing. But the thing is, inspecting it closely, the demonic semblance is almost obvious.

Probably soul, because body turns into a demon.

Other codex entries address this as "Mayker-looking iconography is present in nearly all civilizations in the Milky Way, suggesting the far-reaching influence of the Maykers". Basically, game says all religion is nonsense and Christianity is simply has nothing to do with hell or heaven and that it simply confuses super alienes from other dimensions for metaphysical angels and demons.

extremely based

Where can the series go from here?

I mean surely Hell would have had enough of Doomguy and just begged him to stop by now?

Attached: [RIPPING SOUNDS].png (330x340, 11.44K)

I'm assuming it stays with your soul until it's destroyed in the argent energy production

Oh well, fair enough about the religion thing then.
If it makes you feel any better, this game's story and worldbuilding is an inconsistent mess full of retcons, and theres a codex entry that says the icon of sin warps reality by existing except it doesn't say why and its never brought up anywhere else, and it acts like thats the reason he's a danger. I think that maybe most of the codex entries are written by different people, or are at least in general negligible because Id doesn't really care about the story and stuff anymore

No ammount of begging would not stop him, Doomguy's literally out to exterminate every demon in existence.

>Hayden is Lucifer
what part of
>divine being from a supernatural plane of existence becomes human to save mankind's souls
don't you understand?

My guess is the mentioned 'dark lord' is going to get doom guy knocking on their door when the demons try and fuck things up again and that dark lord will be some version of the doom 64 mother demon

They set up a shitload for the next game: vega saying he's the father, the mysterious voice saying noooo after you kill the khan makyr, Sammy hayden obviously knowing more than he should about things, the leader of the demons and their capital city still haven't been shown, etc.

Quake crossover.

m-more?

The Asherah stele isn't a Hebrew artifact, it's a Canaanite object mocking the religion of the then conquered Israelites

That would be based

Vega seemed to become the new father, meaning he will create another Khan Makyr. I expect that to lead to something

Nekroval is the demon city, user.

>The "Father" went missing from Urdak millennia ago

It didn't go missing. The codex flat out states that it was the Seraphim that stole the Father.

alien larping as a divine being.
Also notice how the male bosses got violent gory deaths but the female boss didn't?

Unironically, I think the stuff with the Sentinels and Argent D'nur is related to Quake 1 somehow. The dark medieval stuff feels connected and I get the feeling they might be setting a new Quake up.

theres literally only one other picture its from a guardians of the galaxy comic

Attached: GOTG16.jpg (1988x3056, 1.83M)

Don't you need Wraith juice to cleanse the Hell energy before it becomes Argent?

>the well was an infinitely self sustaining source of non-human sourced argent energy
>doomguy stops it from flowing, putting all the argent into the crucible
>obtains crucible
>synthesizes synthetic argent energy without needing human souls
>time to end the production of argent in its entirety
makes sense to me

Yeah, whatever you say Chaim

i subscribe to the "hell corrupts everyone" idea, where what we see in the flashbacks is truly what all of the Makyr/sentinels look like, but over hundreds/thousands of years they all got corrupted and turned into demons even if they didnt know it

>the mysterious voice saying noooo after you kill the khan makyr
s-s-Shub-Niggurath?

Shub-Niggurath best girl

>What's this faggot planning?

Did he sabotage the Makyr (giving Doomguy his divinity, stealing Father) because they made an allegiance with Hell or did he just want to give the current Khan Makyr the finger for being a shitty leader (as implied by one of his rants) or did he have more sinister motives that might unfold later?
