The soda factory blowing up is unironically some of the most tense I've felt during an escape sequence. There's no timer or anything, you can't even see the water starting to rise until you get into the big room with lots of verticality, and then it hits you.

There's about 9 hours of content right now even if you just progress and don't look for secrets, so it's not like it's a short game. Updates are decently frequent too when the devs aren't getting their work computers stolen.

just keep in mind that cutscenes and other guiding mechanics aren't fully implemented yet so the early game can be confusing. if I recall you have to go to the temple and beat up spider mommy for the village key.

I believe it has pvp/splitscreen co-op + Steam's remote play. Actual online play is a couple updates away. There's a sub menu for all the previous holiday events like the Castlevania spoof.
