no

yes, i don't need this spaceship to shitpost on Yas Forums

Logitech might be the worst brand ever. This thing fucking double clicks too much

they're ugly and overpriced but they mostly have the functionalities they promise
you the judge

Stop slamming your stuff, I've had this mouse for 2+ years and it's just as good as day one, though the weird grippy shit on the side is a bit worn in now.

No. They're an absolute necessity. Every household needs at least one. Enter, next tab, previous tab, close tab, page up, page down, left arrow, right arrow, no matter how you set it up, how many of them you meld with macros, you'll come one infuriating button short with the standard 4 side button mouse.

Yes, marketing gimmick meant to scam neckbeard NEETs who have no technological knowledge, but that means nothing. Whether it’s a scam or not they look gay and have gay RGB lighting. You’re a complete faggot if you partake in this ‘gaming’ hardware shit.

Find me a 80 gram wireless mouse with perfect tracking and switches that last 50 million clicks without gaming branding on it and I'll buy it.

Nah, so long as you aren't paying out the arse for one and are aware you're buying utility but that utility will not improve your skills in any way.

Meese.

The only thing that matters in a mouse is the sensor

mousdren

Price wise? yes
Quality wise? yes
Performance wise? no

>pay 100x the price for a mouse that's worse built than a 1 dollar mouse at your local grocery store.
You tell me

No. My big fat M65 has made my time doing melee in FPS games a breeze.

Hey retard.

G502 Lightspeed came out less than a year ago.

>that utility will not improve your skills in any way
obviously better equipment will improve your skills

They are essential.
Most office mice DO NOT have a sensor with 1:1 input, many of them have native acceleration which you do not want in shooters.

The reason the original Microsoft Intellimouse was ever popular is specifically because it had sensors and ergonomics common nowadays in gaming mice.
If you find an office mouse that has a good sensor good for you, but there are also plenty mice that are marketed as gaming which dont look like shit.

Another point, only gaming specific wireless mice have encoding fast enough to be compareable to gaming mice.

I've had a g502 for a couple of years now and it still works great, I really like it. I also have an Elcom Huge for when I'm not playing games. I switch between both often and I like them equally. I don't think it's really a ripoff if you spend the time to use its features like the button remapping. Having a shortcut for copy and paste on your mouse is great for reducing wrist strain. Some of them are pretty expensive but you can always buy them on sale or used. Some probably are a rip off. Just buy what you like and works for you both functionally and financially.

>better equipment will improve your skills
“Better” equipment is a crutch. If you were truly skilled, you can use anything.

So you're saying I can run just as fast barefoot as I can with running shoes?

Fuck off you stupid fucking retard. God you're so stupid. Fucking retard.

I've got g203 for £20

>you can beat a sports car with a shitbox if you’re good enough

There are barefoot runners. They do well, especially for their numbers. The foot's already a natural arch, retard.

And then they run much faster with proper running shoes, which is the point that you miraculously managed to miss entirely because you're so fucking goddamn retarded.

mousen
a flock of mousen

>you be proficient at flight sims with an arcade stick if you're good enough

As spoken by someone who's never caused a major traffic accident by listening to eurobeat in his life.

Then why don’t olympic runners run barefoot as well?

Nah, you only some cheapo mouse with additional 2 side buttons.

Did that Kenyan finally switch?

Sensor is most important, but weight also matter.

Lighter mice are superior. Period. Some people claim to like heavier mice. These people are wrong.

Get any of the top 10, except the G Pro Wireless (it double clicks):

Once you get into the 80 gram or less weight, you will see why big heavy mice were a complete mistake. You will play better with a lighter mouse.

My G502 is double clicking too much. What replacement mouse can I get that has 3 buttons on the left side similar to the G502?

No. They are a nice addition to your setup. They have become more gimmicky these years, but there are a couple that are a considerable upgrade over your cheap ass Chinese mouse. I've owned a G502 Logitech since like 5 years or so and I have no issues, except that the pads are giving in. Might find a replacement OF PADS soon.

How weak are your wrists?

Yo that's the one I got and I legit wouldn't want to go back

What's the best mouse and why is it g305?

i have the same problem

Your information is very outdated, only the original revision of the GPW had that issue and with Logitech you can easily RMA and get a new one for free.

>flock
It's called a gaggle

>g305
>89 grams

yuck

Mousices.

No, if you don't notice pinpoint precision then you are a retard

mousse

Shit ass side buttons don't even pretend to claim they're good.

g502 is master race

>mouses
Mice. The word you're looking for is mice, you fucking retard.

Only ones I like are the "MMO" mouses with the keyboard on the side.

>120+g
yikes

>higher/adjustable DPI
>more buttons
>sturdier
>ergonomics
Nah, continue being a poorfag with a $5 two-button-and-a-scrollwheel mouse, it's fine.

When are you ever clicking your side buttons as often as your top ones? That's a non-issue.

But that's not what skill is.

Like this user points out you are getting better equipment, but you won't be able to point and click any better, although I suppose ad hoc DPI adjustment might help a little with that.

Yes. I had the Logitech MK120 + mouse combo which costs like ten bucks for six years until the mouse started double clicking. I now have a G203 and I'm not seeing that big of a difference.

i can't go without buttons on the side that i can press with my thumb anymore

How high must your estrogen levels be if you unironically own one of these overpriced and overdesigned pieces of plastic?

>b-but my 5$ mouse is just as good!
office mice with their shitty sensors literally can not track fast movement lmao

no

>One in a million chance of you getting a DOA
>Act like a total Karen about it on Yas Forums
It's your fault for not emailing them and getting it exchanged through warranty. Only a child would buy a broken product and not get it replaced.

cheap ones yeah
expensive gimmicky ones yeah

a good, well built mouse that suits you well surely isnt

Nope.

A fresh GPW still has the same shitty Omron switches that cause double click. The only thing logitech has done is update the firmware which increases the debounce timing, which helps slightly, but you will still get double clicks.

Until they swap for higher quality switches, every GPW will eventually reach double click failure.

It is a tragedy, because I loved the GPW, it is nearly perfect.

>posturing over choice of computer mouse
Jesus, that's a new low.

Logitech Lighspeed is pretty based, only problem is that is chews through batteries
Thankfully my G604 has the option to switch to regular old bluetooth outside of gayman

Brought same one for ten euros, so no.
